I used to get payday loans here. Never had a problem until now. This is the worst experience I've ever had with this place. They would not accept a certified copy of bank transactions/balance because I couldn't get another bank statement for a month. My statement showed a negative balance but my actual bank certified balance was not negative. Chase certifies actual balances all the time for mortgages because they will only issue bank statements once a month. Good luck!! Hope you have a better experience than me!!

ZERO STARS...This is one of the most unprofessional and scatter brained loan company I have ever encountered. Ever since Shannon and Lilly left, the new staff is completely clueless and has absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. Do yourself and download the Regional Finance or go to World Finance down the road. At least you will be greeted with a smile and have amazing customer service!

Staff was friendly, very efficient and profe. No wasting time.. They've got their shop running like a well oiled machine. I would ans will highly recommend.
