Hate to leave this review, been my go to lender since 2001. Reached out recently with zero response. First time in 20 years I had ZERO RESPONSE. Sure made me aware of their customer response. Going to go through the automaker finance. Goodbye, small town bank. On to real ones. Please do not ask me to reach out in your general response. Instead please reach out to me.

Texar have been a great help for me every since I joined in 2018.

They charge FIVE dollar per atm fee. That’s a crook for you. Will never bank with them

The teller's are always busy. Waiting , for, thirty, minutes.

I wouldn't recommend like I once did.

Visiting today on my lunch break. I go in a for a simple transaction . In the waiting room there are 2 African American ladies patiently waiting and I over hear their conversations of waiting for a long time and other members being waited on before them. I walked to the desk and asked the lady If the agent we saw was the only one working and if not h or long would it be ? The front desk clerk who identity died herself as “ Ossy with no last name “ proceeded to tell me . “ There’s plenty of people here too help , I do not have an estimated time” , then proceeded to infor me about the status of my account in front of members. I asked Issy With No last name on the red and white striped shirt, why didn’t she tell me tha when she asked for information before I sat down. She proceeded to speak with another member about the wait time. Once I asked if a manager could be brought out she informed us that No Manager was on duty to Handel her unprofessionalism and that all we could do was wait . We sat down and watch a a lady of another race be waiting on . The 2 ladies before me stated they were next . The team member disregarded their feelings and proceed with the walk ins . I’ve never in my life felt this from a desk clerk . I’m sorry Issy with no last name with the red and white shirt on. I sure hope the ladies that waited for a long time finally got there services. The service was horrible I left so I wouldn’t be late for work . Do better Issy with No name Red Shirt with white stripes . Black people work hard for their money even if there account is in the negative

Would be ZERO stars! Wells Fargo is much better! The employees are rude. Transferring my account to a real bank! They USED to be Allright. Seem they are struggling!

Lines for costumer service are super long,(no tellers inside) finally speaking with another person, super rude attitude! Trying to open a new account with no succeed, lady told me with her attitude " don't like it , go somewhere else to bank" I walked
