Texans Credit Union S Hardin Blvd, Mckinney

I only go through the drive-through once a month to do a deposit. Very rarely do I have other banking needs outside of that. Every time I pull up I am greeted by name - even before I send my deposit slip in. I'm not sure how he remembers my name, since I am there so infrequently. It is the best customer service I have every experienced - hands down - from a bank or any other institution. They should be highly commended and rewarded for working so hard!

The staff is always extremely patient, kind, and helpful! Yesenia is an especially great teller. She was very patient with counting my cash and made sure to be diligent and double / triple check what she counted. Overall a great experience!

I always use the app and go in and the staff are always so nice. Yesenia and the other lady working with her were so helpful. I asked about new accounts and they gave me a business card and all the information I needed. Highly recommend because of the great service!

I’m a recent transport to Texas. My fiancé and I needed to find a local banking institution as soon as possible. We read overwhelmingly positive online reviews for Texans CU and decided it was worth our time to look further into. We visited the Eldorado branch in McKinney and we were not disappointed. We were greeted with excellent customer service as soon as we walked in the door. We met with Elisa Olvera, who was understanding to our specific needs and listened to what we wanted. Elisa helped us not only start our membership, but guided us through the auto loan process. Their financing platform saved us money as compared to if we had financed with a traditional banking institution or through a dealership (most dealerships currently have highly inflated rates). I would highly recommend going in to talk to a representative if you have general banking or financing needs.

Walking into the Mck , Texans Credit Union, Eldorado branch was a pleasent experienc. My daughter and I were happily greeted as soon as we entered the main lobby and the teller quickly inquired as to how they could help. We were introduced to Andrea Thompson; Andrea was very kind and personable, she greeted both myself and my daughter and asked, how she could help. I explained my need, and she quickly began providing me with information to help me make the best financial decision . Andrea was both very pleasant and professional. Andre'as vast experience, and knowledge was very evident, she quickly walked me through the paperwork and got me out of the branch in short order. I've been a member of Texans Credit Union for many, many years. Due to the varied quality services offered by Texans, and because of people like Andrea, I've stayed with Texans all these years!
