Texans Credit Union Main St, Frisco

Been a member since 1996 and love Texans Credit Union. The branch on Main St in Frisco is my local branch and has great people. Chelsea is an amazing branch manager; always helping anyway she can. Everyone is always so helpful and courteous. Very welcoming and they know my name.

I recently got my wallet stolen. This is been a horrible time trying to get all of my cards and IDs back. The upside to this is that I went to Texans Credit Union to get a new debit card and I spoke with josh. Josh helped me open a new account along with another debit card. He also chatted with me about life and made my entire situation better. This is exactly why I love Texans Credit Union because we are more than just members to them. Great bank and great service from all of them, but especially Josh.

Hency helped me with a loan refinance and I could not be happier! I would absolutely recommend Texans Credit for your loan and financing needs. Very professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. I'll be a customer for a long time! Thanks!

Poonam was extremely helpful as well as Nick. Incredible customer service every time I visit. I can in close to closing to get information on setting up automatic payments. They stayed late just to help complete the process (which I was not expecting to do). Simply awesome.

Kaela and Hency have both provided me with excellent customer service since day one! They are knowledgeable, go above and beyond to meet your consumer needs, and always greet me with a smile! And yes, I can tell they are smiling even with the mask on😁😷!!! So, if your looking for a credit union with great rates on their products and a friendly upbeat staff, this is definitely the place I would highly recommend!

Opened up an account for my daughter with Kaela today and we were so pleased with our visit. Kaela was so kind and professional and funny! We felt like we were visiting family. She is an amazing asset to TCU and I highly recommend her to anyone for your banking needs!

We have always turned to our credit union for loans. Hencey was amazing. She kept in constant contact with us on the status of the entire process. I am sooooo glad I went to Texans Credit Union when I needed to open a HELOC in February. Hency Thakkar at the Frisco branch helped me get started on the loan application. It was quick and easy. Have been a customer of Texans for many years, and they never cease to disappoint. Today their Lobby was the most festive and decorative for Christmas of any business I have visited. The people were wonderful and it felt like Christmas cheer just based on the decorations alone. Apparently, they won their Lobby decorating contest which if you saw it is absolutely no surprise. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄!!

Every service experience in this branch has been excellent but if I lived on the moon, I would drive by all other locations to come to the Frisco branch. This location has gone above-and-beyond for me every time I have needed them. During the winter storms I had an emergency situation. Caroline P. in Support Services worked with Chelsea B., Asst. Branch Manager. They not only helped provide an immediate solution, when I walked into the branch for my appointment, they all knew me and my family by name. They asked about my children who are now adults! You simply do not get this kind of personal service anywhere, but you can here. Last week, I had to wrap up some loose ends, and Kaela at the branch researched going way beyond my expectations. I cannot imagine banking anyway else. Thank you Texans!

Every single banking need we have presented to the employees at the Frisco Branch of Texans has been met with nothing but professionalism and diligence! I recently went in to open my first debit card with my mom. Josh was working with us and answered all of my questions and gave me many helpful pointers. It was a great experience and I'm glad I will get to start managing my money more efficiently.

I have been a member at Texans for over 20 years, and I can say without a doubt, that Kaela is the best customer service rep I’ve ever worked with. She recognizes her customers and greets them by name with a friendly smile as soon as they pull up to the drive thru.. She is prompt and thorough and it’s a pleasure to work with her.
