If I could leave no stars I would. They can never keep your balance accurately updated. Some transactions take up to two weeks before your payment is actually gone through. This has to be the worst bank. Don’t recommend.

This CU has always been amazing. great staff and great rates. The only reason i did not give 5 stars is the app is difficult at times. which is probably my fault.

I was able to get my first car loan through Shamrock Federal Credit. They were able to work with me due to the fact I had no credit and gave me flexible payment options. Adrian, who works in the loan department has been helping me through the whole process. He has been super friendly and nice, has awesome customer service, and is very knowledgeable about any question I have had. If you ever need help and are looking to get a loan, Adrian is your go to person. :)
