Im Giving them 1 Star Only Because I Have too on here BUT in My Book THEY Don't Deserve this 1 Star and Here's Why !! First Off I Received a Letter in the Mail Saying that I Was PRE-APPROVED For a Loan, I Didn't force them to send me the Letter It was THEM that Sent me the Letter and Wanted me to Apply for a Loan. WHEN I did APPLY for the Loan It was A Week and a half Ago Then a Day Later A Woman by the Name of Liz Called me to Finish the App and She Said Let me Process the App and I will Give You a Call back SO I Waited and Waited and Waited for a Call back and NEVER Got the Call Back Whether I was Approved OR Denied. SO Today 7/2/18 I Decided to Call them So I Said I Applied for a Loan A Week and a half ago and Yall Never Called me back SO I guess I was DENIED, SO After Being on Hold for 15 Minutes She Said Let me Call You Back, SHE Called back in 5 Minutes VERY RUDLY and Said I was Denied, And I WIll get a Letter in the Mail. THEY Was RUDE and It Seems to me THEY are UN-PROFESSIONAL SO It Took You A Week and a half to Let me know I was DENIED? UNPROFESSIONAL. BUT its All Good Because I just Got Approved for a Loan at World Finance For More Money.. To You Employees at Texan Credit Corp ON LAWNDALE Yall Are TRASH !! Bye

I will never get a loan from here again. I went to the Pasadena location and I was a couple weeks late paying my payment due to unforeseen circumstances and I tried to make a part of my payment and they told me they would not except anything but the full amount, they then proceed to be extremely rude the employee and the manager as if bullying someone is going to make them produce funds! I understand it was my fault I was late on my payment but I have never in my life been treated so badly and will never give them my business again! I cannot wait to get this thing paid off!

I swear I never seen this kind of rude customer service from a company that’s looking like they are about to run out of business. To the supervisors and who ever is in charge word of advice, get you some new and improved employees that’ll treat your customers with satisfactory customer service. The manager was even rude at this location.
