The ladies at this office have ALWAYS been super nice and helpful. Any time I've need to extend my due date, renew my loan, etc, they've always been great. Even when I've forgotten that my note was due and had to push the payment out a few more days, I still didn't get any of those extra pesky calls like I've gotten from other companies in the same situation. Couldn't ask for a better team!! I recommend them to everyone!

These people are insanely rude and unprofessional. Which is unfortunate, because the Jacksonville location is the compete opposite. When you live in Lufkin and would rather drive an hour to another location that says something. But, the icing on top was when they said they didn’t receive files from the other office, and made us wait til the following week to resume a new application. Only to get there and be told it just has to be started all over. Meaning she never needed supposed “files.” She just didn’t feel like processing my inquiry on that day. The next week finally came, and they went through the whole process of the application with NUMEROUS complications on their end. We FINALLY got done, and they sent us on our way. Only to get to where I needed to cash my check and see the check isn’t filled out appropriately. So it couldn’t be cashed. The desk clerk said it was no problem. She would call to verify the check. She called three times and no answer. It was 5pm by this time. According to their posted times. They do not close until 530. So now. An entire day later. We return to get the date added to the check. To be MET at the door and told “wait 20 minutes. Our lunch isn’t over until 1” This was their mistake! That is costing IS time. Not the other way around. So. I’m using this twenty minutes to leave a review on how terrible, rude, and unprofessional the Lufkin location is. Needless to say, any business conducted with Texan Credit here on out WILL BE with the Jacksonville location. I would 10/10 suggest not coming here.

Everything was excellent I love it there

Amazing how great they treat and talk to you when you borrow money, but Don't get behind on your payments, they will harrass you, even when you set a date as to when you'll be in to make a payment. If you say you'll be in Friday for example, they will call you Wednesday or leave messages on your phone, or want you to come into the office, for what? You've already stated when you'll be in. Very poor collection practices. They should have kept Maria, she was the nicest one, never had words with her or anything, always a smile and easy to do business with. but not anymore. Once I pay them off, that's it..not worth the hassle.
