Love the girls here, have had my business accounts through here and i highly recomend Casy she is kind, assertive, professional, and genuinly helpful to her bsuienss members. I am very thankful for all her and her teams help and support for all my banking needs

Visited this credit union earlier today and had the most weird experience. Walked in before 12 to do a transaction. Waited in line (only one in line) for assistance. Someone finally calls me up. I needed to make an emergency withdrawal from my account with Delta Community Credit Union, of which Telhio is an affiliate co-op. I provided my information to the teller and gave her the withdrawal amount. She tells me that the system gave a prompt which she had no idea what it meant...it simply meant that my withdrawal was over the limit. I honestly didn’t know that I had a withdrawal limit because this is an account that I do not use but I’m out of town and had to today. So I called Delta Community Credit Union’s customer service and the rep advised that she’d increase my withdrawal limit just for today and placed me on hold to process the limit increase. While I’m on hold, someone else other than the teller who was attending to me, I believe it was probably a branch manager or something and tells that the branch closes at 12 so I have another 2 minutes to finish up so I explain to her that I’m online with customer service to get my transaction processed. The call took about 10 minutes or so then she comes back to me and tells me again that the branch is now closed because it’s past 12 and my request is taking too long so they won’t be able to help. I explained to her that I walked in before 12, I’m already inside trying to do a transaction but she didn’t seem to care and insisted that the branch is closed and my transaction was taking too long. I walked out while still on hold with customer service so my request could be completed and headed to another affiliate co-op. I have never experienced such horrible customer service from a banking institution like this before. Had this been a big bank like BOA or Chase or Huntington etc that would have never happened. Telhio offers no customer service and I will never step foot into this place again! Just horrible! I’m already inside and you’re telling me my transaction is taking too long? Are you serious? Never again! Had I walked into an actual Delta Community Credit Union branch that would not have happened either. Telhio is horrible! Rest assured, this experience will be shared with Delta Community Credit Union.

I've had better service here than at a major bank. I did a car lease, obtained a car loan, and made payments in person for over 36 months. The people here were always helpful. Jim H. who set up the car loan was extremely helpful and professional. The building itself is very nice inside. I am giving them 5 Stars for consistent excellent service.

Today I went to Telhio in Worthington to work on some issues I had with my account. I worked with Mr. Jose Cheng, who may be the most helpful, kind man I have ever dealt with. Not only did he help me with my accounts but he was pleasant, understanding and put my worry at ease. As a single mom of three, I was insanely scared over the errors I made in my account, and Mr. Cheng went above and beyond to help and to make me feel like I was a valued customer no matter what my account balance may be. Most banks and credit unions only care about the money, but Mr. Cheng made it very apparent with his great attitude, that Telhio is the acception to that. I will never bank anywhere but Telhio and will be sure to tell everyone I know how fantastic they are. Jose is the example of how every bank/credit union should treat their customers. Thank you Telhio and a special thank you to Mr. Cheng.

Well if you want a bank that from the word go will consider you at fault for any errors then Telhio is for you. Had a bank error issue and talked with several employees that had as first response that I should have done more to avoid problem. Not really a problem solving mentality but a" what can we pin on the customer?" vibe. The situation was eventually corrected but they made sure they put me in my place as a humble customer that better be grateful. The second issue I have is that one cannot get overdraft protection and have 2 accounts linked to cover checks. "we haven't offered that for 10 years. Would you like to apply for a loan that would provide this service with only a small fee?" I was told last year that my accounts were linked and no problem to have automatic transfers to checking if needed. Don't have a recording of this at the Worthington branch so was charged $70 without notice ("we usually send you a letter") for 2 small auto-pay when I had sufficient funds sitting in my savings account. Why would I not be constantly checking my balance unless I was assured I had overdraft protection and transfer between accounts? No mercy or reduction offered. They are the only ones who can be forgiven of errors.

Wish i could give ZERO STARS....... NEVER EVER use this bank!! They lie on customers, and refuse to take responsibility when they are at fault! They lure you in, then once they get you they start charging fees, will only take cash payments, and tell you they will give you 1000$ to transfer to their bank. Well in order to get that much, you have to meet EXTREMELY high $$ requirements. They charge a fee for anything payment NOT done in cash. This bank is only good for occupying space and NOTHING else! Sad representative for "small banks" and credit unions. SAD just SAD!

My wife and I have health savings accounts with Telhio. I have never had a hassle-free transaction with them. Not one time. Nice people but poorly organized.

Not the best bank and does not desire to keep customers. Rude customer service and misleading signs. I used to sing their praises now my song has changed.
