Telhio Credit Union Park Ave, Hamilton

Our bank was moving to an inconvenient location, and we were looking to change banks anyway. When we met Jared with Telhio we knew we had found a great place for our accounts. We have SEVERAL accounts now. Our personal accounts, our business accounts, and it is great that our kids can have their beginning accounts as well. Everyone has been really helpful.

I have been a member with Telhio since the merger when it was originally Chaco. I've never had a problem. I've had all my financing done through Telhio... auto loans, mortgage. JR Staley was excellent to work with with my recent auto loan. Great people who you can trust.

Back in December I went into the branch on Park Ave in Hamilton with a friend as he had an appointment with a Banker ( Malina).After seeing how well he was treated and how informational she was I asked if she could field some questions that I had . She was eager to assist and luckily had some free time She walked me through everything I threw at her step by step explaining everything to me like I was a 5 year old (upon my request) .I opened an account that day since then there have been a few hiccups along the way because let's be honest nothing is perfect but nothing Malina,Jennifer and the rest of the Park Ave Telhio team haven't been able to handle with care and efficiency.

Malina Skrobosinski was very helpful today with my wire transfer! She made sure everything went smooth and stress free!

My family has been with this institution going back to CHACO Credit Union. When we first learned of the transition to Telhio, we had some concerns about what might change. Several years in to our continued use of the credit union, we could not be happier and here's why: -First and foremost, I feel as though all of the staff truly value our family. We do most of our personal banking here and also hold savings accounts for our children so we frequent the location and the quality of service is the same regardless of the day of the week or time of day-both in the lobby and at the drive-thru. We are always greeted with kind words and smiles. We are not just a number with Telhio. -We have used Telhio for special services like auto loans and have been very impressed with how competitive they are on interest rates and similar items. In fact, there have been instances where they may not have had truly the lowest cost, but we chose them over other options because we knew they would provide a higher level of service and care over the lifetime of the product. -Their Money Mammals program has been a fun way for our children to learn the value of saving and good money management. They love the mailings they receive and look forward to getting punches on their cards when bringing in money. It's an extra special treat when they can use the coin machine before making a deposit (another great member service). -Overall, being known as a "member" and not a "customer" or "account holder" is what I think makes all the difference. I feel as though I am part of something that cares about me and my financial needs and goals.

Our experience was absolutely great with Marlina! She was very friendly,funny, and helpful. She made our banking experience very pleasant and non stressful. Would definitely recommend telhio!
