Team Wally was awesome! We needed a quick pre-approval so that we could put in an offer on a home and they were on top of it and got us a pre-approval within 1-2 hours. When we decided to go through the pre-qualification process with them (basically going through underwriting but before we found a property we wanted to purchase), their application process was very easy and they were very quick with following up with us. We had a very fast closing (~2 weeks) once our offer was accepted and their team was again very much on top of things and we were ready for closing a few days ahead of time. Their team is very knowledgeable and was very communicative throughout the entire process. They have a great reputation and in this crazy market, I firmly believe that because we were financing with Team Wally, it gave us an edge since listing agents know them and can trust them to get the buyer to closing. Buying a home can be stressful but with Team Wally, I didn't have to worry about any delays with financing during the closing process. I highly recommend them!!

Everything is done online, except for the closing. I understand some closings can be done online. They are a great team. They communicate very well.

Great up front but then very pushy on selling financial planning and after closing on house, they immediately sold our loan to a large financial institution. They claim to be a family that will support you through the life of your loan, but in reality they’ll dump you once you’re no longer of value.
