It is always such a pleasure going into the credit union. Everything is always accurate with my transactions. Everyone has always bent over backwards to help and make my transactions easier than I could have imagined. All the tellers are so polite and joyful, I have left there in a better mood than I came in! And this one teller, I think your name is Shelly, she is so bubbly and upbeat, her smile is infectious thank you for having such good employees. I dread the day that we don’t have in person service, I hope I will never see it.

I am so glad that I became a member at Team One Credit Union. The staff is always very helpful. I feel like I am walking in to a family members house. Always greeting customers with smiles. I love this place ❤

It is usually a quick stop thru the drive thru or for a transaction or two inside. They used to have some coffee out in case you have some complex banking going on. they offer lots of services even a coin changing machine. Been a member there for almost twenty years now, and i have had very few issues or problems. seems to be a nice and smooth running operation.

I have always been greeted warmly by the staff; they recognize me and all of my transactions are quick and clean. I had a mortgage with them several years ago and when I sold the house there were no problems; same with the used auto loan I had with them. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Great services and people, your local banking doesn't get any better.

Have been banking with Team One for 27 years. Always reliable and helpful. Have had many car loans and especially with my recent mortgage went easy and the staff is always helpful.

I went through the drive-thru to cash a check. The teller was very pleasant and asked me what she could do for me. I told her. On hold for a brief time and my transaction was completed and done correctly. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely abysmal customer service. Constantly crossing professional boundaries. Poor feedback and outreach. Will literally use any loophole to take money out of your pocket without your knowledge. Any other bank would be preferable. A dirty mattress would be a sounder decision on where to keep your money then entrusting it to these clowns.

Staff has always been very willing to help solve any issue. They are friendly and professional.
