I love banking with Team One! Everyone on the staff has always been super friendly and willing to help. They make banking with them feel easy because of how helpful and informative they are. I love the people that work at my branch. Warm and cheerful, always trying to be helpful and see to my needs. The loan process is pretty straightforward and the manager who helped me was very pleasant. When I needed to update customer information, the took care of it expeditiously.

Once again Team one has helped out tremendously on getting financed with great rates Huge shout out to Amanda at the Sandusky branch. She’s great to work with and very responsive.

Team One Credit Union is an excellent financial institution with multiple conveniently located branches. Their employees are incredibly kind & efficient, going above & beyond traditional member service skills!

Very helpful. I can email about getting a new loan and within a half hour they have it all set for me. Never have to go in if I don't want to. Easy to pay online and transfer also. Great credit union and everyone is very helpful and nice.

I have always used the services of Team One Credit Union for all of my large investments (home, car, etc.). They have always been very prompt/effective with any of their services. I currently enjoy being able to simply go on chat and transfer funds or and do any other service provided without having to drive to a local office.
