I met Pedro through my real estate agent when I came into this process with very little knowledge about buying a house, and with a lot of wrong ideas. Pedro walked me through the loan application, and was quick to run numbers with me. When it came to choosing a type of mortgage loan that was right for me, I saw him both as an educator and as an advisor. He is clearly knowledgeable about FHA and conventional loans, and was able to tell me a lot about down payment assistance programs.
