Each conversation was informative and extremely helpful. Jeff is a great loan officer and his assistant was there each step of the way making sure the right documents were collected. The team at Fairway was amazing! No matter when I emailed or texted the team was very quick to respond. And we closed in less than 2 weeks. Before Fairway I was with another lender who I will not name but we were about 20+ days in appraisal completed and appraisal with repairs completed with the other lender and still was not closer to closing than when we started. Of the 5 homes I have purchased in the past, this was the first time I have ever had mortgage company come to me to explain the company and how I would benefit from using them. Once I decided to go with Fairway, I was handed off to CeCe who worked with me daily to move the loan process forward. I was given a 28-day timeframe to close, which ended up being much less with 18 days from offer to close, shocking even me.
