I have been very satisfied over the service i received with Katy and the Landmark team. So much so, that i have completed 4 separate transactions over the last 5 months. From the initial consultation to the final closing the landmark team kept me informed. They demonstrated professionalism and were clear on instructions. The only issue i had was been slightly surprised by one initial quote, the prices did change higher but i understand that is the nature of these matters and the final pricing being tied to the an individuals credit score.

I really believe this is the best lending team in the area. I have worked with them a few times and every time they have exceeded my expectations.

Katy and her team have done it again! They provide a seamless experience through an efficient online application and document portal along with ongoing communication via email. They also provide regular updates about where you are in the process and there is no need for timely office visits or phone calls. When the original lender we were using couldn't deliver on their promise, we switched to Landmark, who said they could close the house deal in two weeks. I’ve worked with a few real estate places but Landmark is the best hands down. Katie is very on top of all the paperwork and was very quick to respond to my phone calls, texts and emails, even when she was off the clock. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time... she was very knowledgeable and confident and is very straight to the point. Our realtor, Jennifer, was equally as amazing. I ask a ton of questions and she never once even seemed slightly irritated with me and she was more than happy to answer my questions day or night. Her negotiation skills were amazing and even got the seller to deep clean our home before we moved in. She clearly has many resources available to her and is happy to use all of them to help out her customer. She even gave us a very unexpected and VERY nice welcoming gift once we closed on the home. She even went with us at 8am just to sign closing papers even though she didn’t have to be there. She treated us more like friends than a customer the entire way. We did work with another loan officer at the end, her name was also Jen, that we also liked. She was very nice and also quick to respond, but there had been a few times were she lost our paperwork so we had to resend it, and even though we had the date set to close a week early (set by Katy) she didn’t get that memo and we had to rush all the final paperwork she thought we still had a week to do. She didn’t seem as “urgent” as we would have liked, but we still did like to work with her. Overall I’d give the team a 5 stars. 😊 their friendliness and willingness to help goes above all other real estate places we have tried to work with. We will definitely be working with them in the future, And we are really looking forward to the fall customer appreciation party!

Katy has helped me with home purchases and refinancing since 2003. The process has been speedy and seamless through three home purchases and three refinances. She has always managed to get me lower rates than I could find anywhere else. She is honest and there aren't any sneaky terms in their contracts, like not being able to pay off early or make extra payments. She now utilizes eDocument signing, which makes it extremely convenient to read, review, ask questions and sign in my own time. I've referred her to friends who are now dedicated customers of Katy, too.
