6/25 update... Drive thru ATM still not operating at 9 am this morning. Sounds like TFCU is not willing to, or not able to address this issue. Time to consider other banks. Still the same problem with the ATMs (6/11), except now it was both the drive thru and in bank ATM inop.. What does it take to keep the ATMs operating on the weekend?? no improvement. ATMs frequently inoperative! Saturday morning both drive thru and foyer ATMs inop. Happens often. I appreciated the response from TFCU and improvement was noted after my last review, but 7 months later here we are again! Saturday mornings the Drive thru ATM has been inoperative the last 4 weeks in a row. Please schedule your maintenance at a different time!!

I have been using TFCU for 10 years and have always encountered staff that was both helpful and courteous. My most recent encounter was today with Savicri. She went out of her way to solve my problem in a quick, efficient and professional manner. It was a pleasure dealing with such a cooperative representative.

Staffing was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was buying a car and with out me knowing what I would have needed, they helped me get everything I needed before I arrived at the dealership. Couldnt have had a better and smoother day at the bank to make the rest of my day even easier.

Love banking here for convenience and easy ability to acquire loans, but the online banking is horrible. The changes they made in the past year or so suck! Your "actual balance" isn't your real balance and when you do your online banking to make a payment to a payee, the $$ comes out of your account but it really DOES NOT come out until the check clears making it very confusing. The old system took the $$ out of your account and you had TWO balances showing.. the "actual" real time balance and the one that reflected your debits which showed the deductions (whether or not the check was cashed) so you always KNEW how much you had in the account. Now, when I do my monthly bills, I see the payment taken out of my checking but it isn't REALLY coming out of the account as reflected in the balance... ONLY when the check clears do I see the actual payment made. I have had creditors hold on to a check for over a month because of how they bill and that has made it a pain to track. Needless to say, if you are confused reading this, then you know how I feel each month. I now have to resort to the OLD method of banking which is to manually - pen and paper- note the payees that get an online check (as opposed to an electronic payment which is imnmediate and indicated with the lightning bolt icon) and keep checking to see when the check clears so I do not have overdraft fees (which I have had numerous times since the change) thinking it has come out of the balance. I have complained to the bank but no changes. I, too, will be researching other banks because this is horrible...Two steps forward, four back.. might as well go back to the paper and pencil register!

The drive through windows are an absolute joke... the slowest moving lines ever. So frustrating. Went inside the next day and mentioned how horrible it is and the German teller lady told me if I want it fixed I should work there myself... otherwise oh well!!!! Rudest teller ever.

If I was giving a review on the ATM working at the Holbrook branch on weekends I would give it a no star rating. I have been in touch with the Manager Carolyn twice now and have had no response on what is being done about the ATMS! Every weekend the drive up is " Temporarily out of service", and the one inside is out a lot too. Very tired of the inconvenience!

The drive-thru ATM is out of service literally every weekend, sometimes with the foyer ATM being out of service too. It would be convenient location since I live right in the neighborhood behind it, but I've started just driving to the Oakdale branch because they never seem to have ATM issues.

From my experience, this bank is unfriendly to minorities. I’ve been a member of this bank since 2008 and for them to treat me the way they did was not professional.

Staff is friendly, but this bank no longer acts like a credit union like it used too. I feel as if they've grown so much they started charging little fees left and right. Ach fees left and right. Now i see security fees out of my savings account? Used to be a good bank but they aren't the same.

Every single time I call this branch, they exceed my expectations. Every staff member is extremely helpful, patient and kind. They are so good about communicating back and forth when there is a problem and I always feel like they are truly doing everything they can to help.
