Less then impress with phone service ….. TD Bank ( previously Commerce Bank ) has always been known as a Bank of Convenience….. That must have changed, I called in today 2/11/22 to make an appointment…. It seems they are short staffed and there was a lot of confusion with my request for an appointment. It seems few employees handling numerous tasks. This has never been the case….. it must be a sign that Brick and Mortar Banking has taken a back seat. I hope this is not the case, if so then evidentially TB Bank will losing market share to the other local Banks ( Republic Bank seems to be more convenient)

Only location here that always gets things done and orderly. I swear if I go to the other one in TWP my transaction is always messed up or confused. Also they’re super friendly.

The teller was impatient and rude. My relative was using the drive-thru for the first time, which was confusing for her. The teller, a short woman with an accent, made things a lot harder with her attitude and responses. Eventually, another teller finished our business, then told us we had been dealing with the head teller! Unbelievable.
