TD Bank Pulaski Rd, Greenlawn

Opened a free checking account with $100 as a good neighbor thing at the TD branch in Greenlawn when they moved to Town. Signed up for no paper statements with no monthly fees but after a few months they sneaked $1 out of my account (to be less than the $100 required ) for paper statements that I never requested, and the $15 monthly fees started to add up, they didn't even send me an alert or any other notification about it, and since I don't use the account or even received paper statements, they emptied my account within a few months and the $100 disappeared, and the only notification I got was when they closed my account because they couldn't withdraw any more fees, they are bunch of inepts with a terrible customer service attitude, in 3 words, a bunch of “good for nothing”. And if this wouldn’t be enough the manager had the nerve to tell me that I owe the bank $19 because my closed account was negative $19 in fees? Trust me, bank somewhere else, or you will be sorry, don't say later I didn't warn you. Run, run and runs faster when they offer you free checking. Sergio Gallardo, Huntington,NY

So far not impressed. Took 6 day’s for a check from my other bank to clear, now locked out of my account because the confirmation codes weren’t working and so far I’ve been on hold waiting for customer service for over an hour and still no help getting access to my money

Great location, amazing staff. They always make their customers feel welcomed by opening the door and offering coffee or tea. Fast and friendly service no matter what time of day.
