Customer service was very bad. I went to get my new debit card it took almost 45 minutes to print new card they where taking me from 1 casher to another casher saying there system is not working properly .

Td bank has to be the worst financial institution. They charged me multiple duplicate payments and then charge $30 to stop the duplicate payments that are not the consumers fault in the first place. I've never had a harder time with a bank and it's frustrating and stressful. Save yourself and your hard earned money and go to TruMark Credit Union.

I had an appointment set up to sign home equity loan documents. When I arrived I was informed by the manager (Maya) that they hadn’t been sent the paperwork by the loan processor and to check back next week. If true, why not cancel the appointment? However, after a few calls, I was able to confirm the branch had in fact received the paperwork and lied to me about not having it (which the woman there admitted to). The manager never spoke to me, never followed up, never apologized, nothing. Awful experience.

Terrible experience so far. While "in person" customer service is good, their phone customer service can only be described as "time warp to emptiness". Right away there is a problem setting up online access, and the representative I spoke to was to lazy to articulate word correctly. New level I haven't been exposed to yet.

The bank locked my account due to inactivity and is making it very difficult to close my account. I'm going with a different bank that has better options for online banking.

Very terrible customer service. All employees work there are so bad. They want to rush you and look at you as you don’t know banking. BM is so rude. I noticed how he talk to his employees and treat his clients When I tried to see him , he looked how I look like then refuse to meet me or even bother to know what I want. So bad experience. Definitely will close all our accounts

My son’s account was hacked & money taken & TD fraud dept has been very difficult to deal with. This is the third occurrence of fraud in our extended family, it seems TD has serious security issues & when you need them the most...slow to respond. I will say the local customer service people are trying to help but the fraud dept is not.

Everyone is very friendly. I am also always in and out in a timely manner. Highly recommend coming here for your banking needs!

After several experiences at this particular branch, I decided to leave a review. This is the worst bank I've ever been to, the customer service is very poor, except for few nice people that I came across. A long wait only to be disappointed, nothing convenient about this place at all.

Parking for this bank is horrendous. Sunday mornings are particularly irritating as every legal space as well as illegal spaces including parallel parking along the building and blocking EVERY drive-thru lane are taken by outsiders. Despite a sign in every parking space saying that the spaces are only for TD Bank customers, this goes on without the car getting ticketed or being towed. It's a private company, so they need to take action to resolve this. I have spoken with over ten other customers about this, each one more angry than I am. It is inexcusable. "World's Most Convenient Bank". Doesn't spell out who it's convenient for.
