TD Bank 3rd Ave, Conway

The girl at that normally ruins the drivethru is amazing but she was having to run the whole store by herself. There was no one else in sight when I went in. It was like everyone left her to run the branch by herself. This is not safe at all. What if this poor girl was to get robbed? No one would have known and she could get really hurt. I think her name is Rebeka. I hope she sees this and knows she deserves better then this job. There are so many openings elsewhere.

Rude, very unprofessional, uptight, and very unhelpful. They will laugh in your face if you try to take care of something, and they are dressed like they work as strippers. Find another bank to deal with, these folks do not know what banking is. I would NOT trust them with my money, nor would I trust them to run bath water right.

Nice people but they need more employees I sit at window forever. Very frustrating

For the most part the people that work at this location try their best to be helpful but unfortunately it seems that the corporate office doesn't always support the local office in ways that a local bank is supported. The fact that Conway National Bank was open July 5th and all the other major brand Banks were closed even though as far as I know July 5th is not a holiday for anyone you get what you get. The ATM seems to be about a 60/40 shot on it working or not working so when you're like me driving 7 Mi 8 Miles One Direction it's kind of a crapshoot as to whether you going to get money out of there or not but since they charge me $3 if I get it anywhere else it's usually worth the effort. They definitely have some rules that I don't agree with in the app is not the best I've ever used but some of the better Banks won't give me cuz I don't have perfect credit so thank you TD Bank I feel like you're doing the best you can at least this location

would not give me information on MY debit card because it has my daughters name on it REALLY!

Can't believe how they are still open,they are not wearing gloves nor wiping the counter down after they take care of the customer the older lady is very rude and laughed at me.
