TD Bank Germantown Ave, Philadelphia

Today I was just in the bank. I use the atm machine in the lobby to make the transaction. Well the machine ate my card. Not any card, my government issued first of the month card. It's the 8th. Well I talked with an agent named Joshua, yo, he got mad cause I was. He told me he, would help. In the end, TD bank said that they could do nothing. I mentioned it was their fault. I was told TD bank would not be responsible. I now have no access to my money. My rent will be late. All my utilities are due, but TD bank said o well. Not our fault, and that was non negotiable. Wow. Thats customer service. What a bummer.

This bank is convenient which is why I stay though if you're wanting a bank that goes a little further by offering customer service avoid this branch! The answer is usually there's nothing they can do. I think it's laziness because upon trying another TD branch on City Line Avenue with the exact same problem on the same day, they were able to clear up the issue and refund fees.

I don't know about this particular location (only had bad experience with the then Asst. Mgr. there once by phone/email earlier this year), but their Online Banking causes me frustration after frustration!

The bank tellers are so friendly and helpful...I've never been to such a pleasant bank. Shout out to my favorite employees, mark, desiree and johan

I received a quick quality service from a friendly staff. Parking is fairly simple are usually just park on the side street and walk up. I would highly recommend this location.

This is the best location by far! It's farther away from my home, but the service is great! This is where I got my debit card, and they didn't make me wait for it. I always use this branch, and the nice thing is it's close to public transportation. The L bus stop is close, and it's only steps from the Chestnut Hill west train.

I truly love this Bank they are friendly kind and pay attention to detail. I run a bar business so it is imperative that I have a lot of change and make timely deposits, they are always helpful and considerate. Select who to be nice to. Meany full of hate. Manager is super class racist, kiss asses to people he know are higher than him, and aggressive with the others. His way of behaving is gone with the wind. And now TD incorporation slogan became : " TD Bank Most racist bank "...

Manager Yolanda is AMAZING. she goes above and beyond for TD and their customers. On the otherhand, Joyce needs a customer service class or two.

This bank is so slow with every service. They never have more then one or two teller working, and their atms barely function most days.
