Cheryl was quite rude. Came in asking for banking statement print outs. Gave attitude, yelled “GIVE ME JUST A MINUTE” when I asked if I could take my card out or not, and didn’t say anything indicating the transaction was over; you know, like, have a nice day? She should be reoriented in customer service or maybe just basic manners.

i use this bank often, are they perfect? lol No way,,,,and neither are You They try their best and thats all one can ask for

td bank has excellent service and the best thing is that its hours are seven days a week.

5 stars personally to Dylan. I appreciate the patience and professionalism of this guy. I was there a week before but they were not able to resolve my problem. I went once again and I was lucky to meet Dylan. He's the best

They froze my brand new account due to a minor OD on my qccount before my direct deposit could go through so my money is in limbo and it took 24 hours of constantly calling there customer service for security to have them tell me they are sending it back to my employer which means I will have to wait another week to pay my bills which leaves me screwed 60 hours of work for nothing as of now and a stress lvl i havent experienced in years... They are on aggressive powertrips in their security department... All they had to do was send my direct deposit through an unfreeze my account an they could have gotten thwir 35 dollar fee and OD money but instead they are closing my account and sending money back which proves how big of a power trip they are on... They woukd rather lose out on money just to see me suffer... I would not recomend an account here due to TD not having any power over their off site security that works extremely slow and disrespectful... Whats the point of hqving customer service in their branches if they have absolutely no power? Poor an sad!

The teller had a attitude about helping me. Threw my paper on the desk told me im wrong when its the third time td had to fix my account from random sites taking money out. Told me she didnt want to help me and that the other customer were there and told me she will finish after talking to other customers. What she was doing for me only told 10 minutes and will not let me finish showing her all the wrong that was taking out. There was no reason why she had to keep stopping the process of her helping me. Horrible customer service

America's most convenient bank my a**. Every single time I come to this bank it's overly busy for no reason. Pay your employees more money and then you'd have more than enough people to run a drive thru and the inside of the bank.

I had to adjust my initial review. I had good experiences until the other day when my wife deposited a business check on 8/10/2019. This branch accidentally deposited $3900 into the wrong account and when I called said they had no record of the deposit. I am thankful we kept the receipt and copy of the check. I was told that mistakes happen and that it is no big deal. I asked if they would have contacted me about the mistake, and they said no it is my responsibility to make sure the money made its way to the account. Not pleased at all and will be switching my account before the end of the week.

No deposit slips out on the counters, no bathrooms. Still using Covid as an excuse, please.
