TD Bank New York Ave, Huntington

I could give them a zero I would they had one person behind the counter who left the counter to let somebody in a vault I guess where they have a safety deposit box and left a line of 10 people waiting to be helped there's a woman doing the drive-thru who didn't pop her head out once. Another woman came in and went behind the counter and disappeared I guess into her office. Really a very disgusting experience don't think I'll ever go back

This afternoon, I had a mix-up with another bank in town, resulting in a lost check I had written from TD Bank. The other bank admitted the mix-up was their fault and were anxious to resolve the problem. Writing a replacement check was simple enough, but I did not want to pay for a stop payment on my TD Bank account. The errant bank called TD and banker Heather got on the phone to discuss the issue. She could not have been more helpful, pleasant and professional. She arranged to drop the service charge on my stopped check even though it was not through TD Bank's error. This is customer service above and beyond the norm. I am so grateful for TD Bank's commitment to serving their customers and I am happy to call myself one of their customers.

I want to say how friendly,warm, and very thorough my banking went on Saturday 12/15/18 thanks to a lovely TD rep.named Tabby. She made me feel very at ease, and totally answered all of my questions, and got what I needed done straight away. She even told me some things about my banking with TD bank, that I had no idea about. You should have more people like Tabby representing your bank.

The process of opening an account was smooth and fairly quick but the employees are nice to the point of being fake. I provided multiple forms of ID, my name is not full of consonants and/or accent marks, and still the clerk managed to misspell my first name and completely mixed-up my surname. Because all documents related to the account are put inside a folder, I didn't realise the error until I got home. Now, because of a clerk's dimness, I have to return to the bank branch.

They are horrible. The first time I went there, they lost a check from my deposit. The second time, they ripped a check when they processed it and then charged ME a bounce back fee for the check that they ripped. I will never visit this branch again.

Worst TD bank in Long Island don’t care about customer s and totally management should be change
