TD Bank Fairview Ave, Fairview

They don’t look to be understaffed but they’re certainly performing like it. Not sure why 6 people are waiting on line ( not socially distanced ) and only one teller behind the window. Better management needed at this location.

I've never written a review for a bank, but the staff at this bank are awesome. They're clearly trained to make customers feel comfortable and important, and they're really good at it! Love my TD Bank!

they over charge me $70 in my acct I requested to have over draft protection removed they said they did but didnt so the bank charged me $70 35 twice for insufficient funds of $5 this is how they make money off of their customers for a transaction of $5.00 that hit my acct. I was very upset went in spoke to a representative and was assured that I would see it back in my account in the morning it’s morning nothing yet. I work a lot so taking out my time to run back n forth isn’t fair cause their banking system isn’t up to par. I will go to Bank of America or chase to have my business if this isn’t resolved TODAY ☹️

Awful management. Zero interest in helping out customers. The manager offered little concern or care about this issue and pretty much told me it's not his problem. He was unfriendly and rude. I suggest going to Bank of America. They are much nicer and seem to care more about their customers needs.

Nice people ,old manager Diana was the best sadly they move her to another branch the only thing is bad is the atm machine we need another one plsss everytime I go I find somebody try to learn how to use it 😂

Great place to get mugged at! Unsafe Unsecured & Unlocked area for outer lobby where ATM is located. Very very very slow service. By far the worst TD Bank location on quite a few levels.

Staff has a complete disregard for safety. A woman was pretending to be with the man in front of her to cut the line. I told her everyone is busy and she can’t do that. She became belligerent and the conversation turned into a loud argument. Not only did staff do completely nothing, they laughed. Do not go to this branch. It’s the most absurd and childish behaviors from so called professionals that I’ve ever seen.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This bank is so unprofessional and complete scam artists... The technology for the company in general is from 1999 its a complete joke. There app is so bad and slow and always crashes, and if you own a business you need another app, which is just as bad... Save yourself the headache the time and your hard earned money and invest it in a bank that is on the ball! like chase! -- i do not work for chase i just love them after having the worse time ever with this branch. NEVER AGAIN!

Totally unhappy with this location specially ..tailor Edwin was very rude to customer and don't know about how to talk with customer very bed experience with him give him to all information and still asked me more and more. be careful to(edwin) his print all information without getting your permit ion.. and ripoff on trash ...if something happen to your information who is responsible for that...????????? suggest to go to other tailor not for Edwin....his not a good guys...

This branch has the worse costumer service . Branch in Manhattan say one thing here completely different they dont try to help they just sending from one branch to another . Not professional management .
