TD Bank Cheltenham Ave, Wyncote

I’m currently standing in line and am already recording horrible service. The security guard is policing and enforcing masks, and he’s not even wearing his properly. I can overhear the bankers at the desks getting rude with customers. And the single, lone teller is talking super long. Drive through is packed. ATMs doesn’t accept cash deposits. The ghetto! Is what this is. I’m thinking I should get out of line and go somewhere more comfortable. This is Malarkey

The worst drive thru experience I’ve ever had! 22 minutes at the window! Then was asked to verify my DOB like yo it’s on my driver’s license reading is fundamental then roll your eyes when I responded it’s on my I.D.

In all honesty, this must be the slowest bank service that I have ever encountered. Very long lines. Drive-thru is horrendous. If you can drive to get service from another branch, please do. Wait until you see the whole rigamarole you have to go thru.

I have never had a problem at this location, staff is always friendly even the security guard. Only thing i can say is that it is a very busy location near the intersection of 309/Cheltenham and Ogontz. Obviously if you come during peak hours like a Saturday afternoon or during evening rush hour there will be a long wait but it's not their fault that everyone decides to rush into the bank at the same time. I have banked with td for 11 yrs and this location for 3 years. Never had a problem.

America’s most convenient bank??? Bulls*%t. If it wasn’t for my work checks being on TD I would be with a different bank. TD is terrible!! TD BANK IS PATHETIC

Friendly staff. Pleasant. Always smiling. But those LONG LINES!!!! AWFUL! Sometimes the machine insidevis broke. Then you have to go use the one in the drive thru. More staffing for the Tellers would be a much needed improvement for our community bank that SO MANY USE. Clise to home and convenient for when getting off of work. #morestaff

ALISHA PEREZ rude lil heffa. Do not need to be in this line of work if can’t talk to people. Then when we pop off it look like we are the problem she need to be fired and they need to hire a better team who CAN TALK TO PEOPLE . If you get ALISHA PEREZ get up and wait for someone else.

A sad experience. Maybe it was because they were closing in 30 min but very rude and unorganized. We will continue our business at another TD Bank. The attitudes of some African American Women are horrible!

Deposited a check over 5,000 through the ATM, had to use ATM machine because branch close at 5pm, was making deposit around 7pm... They placed 6 days hold on entire deposit, disregarding that federal funds availability act requires financial institutions to make first 200 available next business day, if hold is being placed on the rest of the funds. Called customer service, they suggested to see the branch manager as only he or she would be able to release the funds, branch manager said: "sorry, nothing I can do, we don't service our ATMs", - ok, then who does??? Called customer service next day, again they said there was nothing they could do for me... I had only around $10 available in that account and because I was relying on deposited funds - got charged $70 overdraft fees for some $50 and $15 automatic payments (again, bank should make first 200 available next business day), lost 4 work days as part of deposited funds were meant to be used for supplies (I am an enterprenuer, working in construction industry). Very frustrated, should have lost one day and taken that check to PNC next day, never had any issues there even with larger checks, used TD Bank because it was close to work and I figured it would make funds available sooner if I make deposit that day, also I have no bad deposit history with TD Bank for the last few years... So why 6 days hold, if it takes about 2 business days to verify the funds? I may not know much about how the banking system works, but I can analyse how my other bank operates, or even how other TD branches treat their customers - very disappointed with this one... Definitely not America's most convenient bank, at least not for me... P.S. while speaking with TD Bank's customer service rep, I asked what would be the "safe" amount of deposit that would not be placed on such hold, she said between 1,000 and 2,000... So if you are dealing with checks for larger amounts and rely on those funds - expect delays.

The customer service is terrible at the Cheltenham branch! Drive through unprofessional, the teller was on the speaker communicating the amount that was in your account #1mistake customers privacy was violated others in cars could hear your information . Wait time is outrageous, I been a customer since 1992 when commerce was the name of this bank! my daughter owed me money from a loan i payed off for her , she wrote out a check to me they refused to deposit it in my account and treated me like i was a criminal trying to steal from my 29 year old daughter ,through out the years i always went to the market street or Abington branch and never had problems or disrespect! These tellers at Cheltenham had me inside waiting for service and kept walking by me as if i wasn't there! My money in a bank like this! This should never happen to any long time customer! i will never go to Cheltenham branch my whole day was messed up after the way they treated me, i lost my glasses and my phone from the irritation! If i ever get treated like that at the other branches i will close my accounts completely with TD
