TD Bank Maple Ave Suite A, Fair Lawn

I just was racial profiled just because I withdrew 6000.00. Not a nice bank as a black person you don’t feel welcome into the bank. The manager, assistant manager and teller make you feel like black people should not have any cash. Another white guy next to me was withdrawing a large amount cash and he was fine no racial profile. Why support TDBank if as a black person you are treated like we shouldn’t have anything

Open the freakin restrooms already!! Covid has been going on for a while now. Customers who’s money you hold should be able to go to the bathroom when they use your branch. Open them up!!!

Try to avoid this bank. Usually have one teller, ATM won't take deposits and the managers just sit while there's a big line

I got my credit card service through this bank , it was there machine, we had trouble with it,they took it back sent it back to me and said there was nothing wrong with it,it was a chip card machine and it would not take all cards, long story short I got a charge back on a swipe for a chip card, TD BANK FAIRLAWN SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, its there machine !! and they said it was fine ! obviously it was not! So I am out $1500.00 and all i get is double talk. I would run as far from this bank as possible,they have cost me lost time and money, and they act as if $1500 is small change! well, pay me the money I lost! TD bank in Fairlawn on maple ave gets an F- from me!

Went to withdraw money, they told me they couldn’t withdrew that amount because the check I put in the other day was “pending” even though it went through..... went to another TD in fair lawn and they gave it right away 🙄 they wasted my time with my baby crying in the back.

I have been using TD bank for decade, I used to go to the one on River Road. But they closed now, so i have no choice to use the brand. 6 months ago i came to get my document it take 15 minute. This time took me more than 1hour. The customer service at a desk a young face with a black headband. is not friendly, un experience, un know how to handle customer.( she ask me to wait for 10 minute for my document to be print. as mean time she took other customer in and turn out i have to wait for more than 45 minute. Let said I did told her I am in the RUSH. beside that bathroom also closed.) I have to ask the store manager. He came out and telling me that they change rule my document could take 24 hours. Such a childish answer. Like I NEVER OWN OR DEAL WITH ANY ACCOUNT. I call customer service at 1800 they told me take 5 to 6 minute to get that document done and let give them 20 minute to travel by email....( NOT 45 MINUTES). If the bank make customer to wait more than 45 minute for document that need 10 minute ...PLEASE SWITCH YOUR INTERNET SERVICE or may be put back previous manager and other teller. Look at all of the customer service in this store they so un happy working there. Face are no friendly at all. They messed up my plan on that date. I will never step back to this brand door again. CHASE SEEM BETTER.

This TD bank have all 4 lane open every since COVID-19. It start out with 2 lanes, which turn into 3 then 4. No long line blocking traffic. If there is lines it would be in the parking lot and not out in traffic. I personally never been there with long traffic. I pass a lot of other TD Banks when I'm on the road because the line starts in traffic.

Would give this TD location 0 if I could. I have been a TD bank customer for 7 years. I have been to this bank twice with both horrible and rude service experiences from the employees. Today, I got there about 10 mins after they closed. I ran from the bus stop that let’s you off right at the TD bank to go to the bathroom since it was an emergency. I begged to use the bathroom clearly visibly upset and the lady just looks at me and goes “We’re closed”. Would 30 seconds have killed you to let me utilize the rest room? This location SEVERELY lacks people skills. It’s somethkng as little as just 2 horrible instances that I will happily be transfering my money to chase. Honestly disgusted.

Poor service and long wait time. Took 15 min to get a 20 dollar bill. You are better off going to the TD on Lafayette in Hawthorne.

Worst experience ever at the fairlawn location. Kathy was the worst, could not help me open a bank account for my husband and I due to certain documents that were missing.She was racist and didn't bother helping me. I do not recommend this location. I went to another location and was able to open my account with the same documentaions that I went with to this location. So disappointed!! I wouldn't give this any stars.
