I wish I could give them 0 stars, the customer service at this location is horrible. I went in yesterday with my problem and the lady was not at all helpful. She was absolutely rude and I would recommend try some other location if you have to us TD Bank services.

I opened up an account and was very pleased with the service I received. Michelle, the Store Supervisor, was very knowledgeable and kind. She walked me through everything and was very patient when I was experiencing some difficultly setting up the online banking. Thanks Michelle!

Multiple experiences waiting 10-15 minutes at a drive through, after the start of drive through hours. No teller in sight, bell button must be broke- America’s most convenient bank? I think not

Says they open till 7pm but I am here and they closed. This is the worst bank. Closing all accounts and going back to chase. Grass was not greener.

The worst staff and supervisor in this branch and the bank manager lacks true leadership. To busy and nasty towards the customer . I been a customer well over 10 years . No professionalism. Did not even bother to help or come out to assist . I will be emailing HRA , as well closing my all my accounts.

There is so much going on the world today and hearing a kind-helping voice on the other end of the phone is so comforting! I called this branch for their hours and Rocco was such a pleasure to speak with. He was so informative and made sure all of my questions were answered. He even gave me an update on the drive-thru line to ensure I wasn’t in a rush because the line was little longer due to the current circumstances. Thank you, TD, for making it easier on customers!

Best bank ever people are amazing!

Every time I come to this branch I have a problem. When I opened my account they spelled my name incorrectly on the account despite having my id in front of them. Later I came to change my name on my joint account after I was married and the person helping me did it without telling me my husband had to be here. I waited a few weeks because I was told it would take time for the changes to go through. I finally came back with my husband and waited over 30 minutes. Every time I come in there is a long wait even during the middle of the afternoon. The only reason I give 2 stars is the hours are more convenient than most banks.

Worst staffs , ignorant set of people . The staffs in this branch don’t know their jobs , what I couldn’t get done , I got it done in another branch which means they don’t know their jobs . I’d advice you go to another branch instead of this branch .
