Great branch. Makes it feel way smaller than it is in a good way with how diligent and attentive the staff is. Nicole is the absolute best. Thank you guys. I recommend this TD to my friends & family.

Heavier set woman at the front desk didn’t know how to make a cashiers check. She told me that she was a manager “I’m a sitting desk something at this moment” and then the manager appears behind her? I do this monthly and could tell she was just lazy, telling me I had to go thru extra steps to “SET UP A PAPER TRAIL” excuse me but I have never heard such nonsense in my life. I am insulted at how her and the girl manager there at the time think they can make things up to me. “The law changed recently last week”. Long story short I went to the branch in MATAWAN and what do you know? They did it perfectly, quickly and weren’t rude. Call them up and ask for some tips on how to be a “convenient bank.”

If i can give 0 stars I will Guess what? I have company and i lost-one of my checks with $ 18000 And after investigation I found that one from the employe in td east Brunswick branch She cash my check for the someone by mistake !!! Anyone can imagine this happening in td east Bruinswick square? Careless

I'm not a customer of TD, but I do make a monthly bank deposit at this location. Customer service is always cheerful, polite and quick. Branch is spotless clean, masks worn. Nice location.

The manager of this branch is nuts. We only ever spoke on the phone but she claimed she saw me in person and that I gave her my ID. When i pressed her on it, she got quiet and i’m pretty sure realized her mistake but didn’t even apologize. She gave me false information on my account and said I was no longer able to use TD. My account is perfectly fine so that’s funny.

Can't say enough good about this particular branch of TD. Everyone that works here is incredibly professional and polite. As a small business owner, I could not be more happy with this branch handling my financials. Ms. Nicole Simmons could not lead a more professional and dilligent team. I had bad experience in this bank. They gave me old money. So, I could not use it everywhere, no one ATM take this money. Today is Sunday, I need money today. That's why I had a lot of problem, and I am very stressed. I don't understand why bank gave me OLD money. And one thing more: some employees have clothes that do not correspond to work in the bank. Their dresses is good for meeting with friends, or for camping.
