TD Bank Grafton St, Worcester

This branch is an abomination when compared to its counterparts. I have had several empty bank runs due to faulty equipment and incorrect employee function They currently have about $400 of mine on hold, which will in turn cause late fees by my bill-holders. . I will never bank with this branch again. Ridiculous…

Very friendly staff and I'm really happy with the hours and location. I can't give them 5 stars though because the debit card machine is always down. When I first opened my checking account it took until the next day to print my card. Then a few months later (now) I needed a new one printed but their machine is down again. Other than that, great bank, great hours, very convenient.

I have been a customer of this bank for 2 or 3 yrs. I use this bank to take my money out every month. I find these employees to be very kind and friendly and remember me every time I go there. Wonderful place to do business.

I've been a customer for a year now and if I thought the Stafford Street location was slow, Grafton St location really takes the cake! I was told it was going to be a 15 to 20 minutes wait to speak with someone and I've been waiting for 40 minutes now. The place is empty, it's not packed at all. So why is it that there isn't any one available to do there job?

My father passed away recently and I went here to close out his accounts and distribute the funds to family members. The younger gentlemen was extremely helpful and was trying to accommodate my requests. In the middle of everything his manager came over and did nothing but what felt like attacked us and told me I could not withdraw funds even though I was a beneficiary and had his death certificate. If anything, please discuss these matters in the back and NOT in front of the customer. Completely unprofessional.

I have been a customer for a long time I had a better customer service before more then now. Any transaction inside the bank was easy and smooth. Now when I come in I always see a long line and so many people behind the counter but only one or tow teller open. So what I use to do before in 5 minutes it takes now up to 20 minutes

Hate this bank . Signed up for the student program so i can avoid the fees that come with a bank, last time i was in depositing my check dude told me use moble deposit instead, failed to tell me i wouldnt see a single penny (usually i get first 100$ of the check) until FOUR days later . Very unhappy .

five stars for never getting it right problems after problem then they want to charge u we u have no access to the account smh
