TD Bank N Black Horse Pike, Bellmawr

Walked in and was greeted by the nicest staff. I was able to sit down right away with Camie Profera and also got to meet Christine Dixon who i spoke to on the phone the day prior. They were both very friendly and helpful. They worked together to get me a business account, debit card ,business credit card and a cool gift bag all done in less then 20 minutes!! I would highly recommend banking with this branch specifically! They are the best of the best hands down! Thank you both for a fantastic experience!

This is the 3rd TD bank in about 20 minutes that we have been to. The first two were unable to help fix the issue we had (Just getting a new debit card). Get into the lobby and the wait is ridiculous so understaffed. After the run around today definitely changing banks, going to Bank of America !

This bank is usually great until i encountered Paige. I asked for rolls for quarters and she says to me 'we don't take loose change' I told her that i have some rolled already and i need two more rolls to roll my quarters. She asked how many i need i said 'two' she turns around and gets two and says nothing. 10 minutes later i come back with the rest rolled up, asks for my account number, ok..She says 'this one's short about a dollar' i told her that i would count it right there and then she asked how i would like it, i told her cash. 'Is there anything else i can help with today?' She asks; at this point i felt like i was being rushed out since i told her i was counting the rolled quarters right there in front of her.. I said 'yes, I told you i was recounting these and I was only 1 quarter short, not 4!' She handed me cash before i was finished re-counting. We weren't finished! It took me about a minute to bust open the roll and re-count my roll that was 1 quarter short, not 4 quarters short like she said. She didn't offer an envelope, everybody else always offered an envelope. I feel like she didn't want to deal with me and i was only in front of her for about 3 minutes maybe with a half hour before the lobby closes. Paige needs an attitude check

Busy branch, but not too bad. They like to tell me that I can use the atm for checking deposits. Having worked at a commerce/td bank myself, I don't think that the suggestion is warranted, but that's my only complaint.

Need to hire some happy people who are happy to take my hard earned money and not old miserable unhelpful tellers. But there is a guy teller who is amazing.

Bellmawr is the worst of the TD banks. They close a nice customer oriented bank like the Runnemede branch and keep a horror in CSR Bellmawr open. TD has the wrong corporate Management Running TD.

Went to this branch because runnemede is closed! Worst idea ever. Bellmawr Td is horrible. You get people complaining about how long you use the atm. I wasn’t even 5 mins and the guy barged in complaining about how long I took. Sorry I had to deposit money in my account. I’ll never go to this location again. Bellmawr people are rude !!!

Td bank is generally worst bank in this industry after synchrony bank

Worst td bank ever to go to! very unprofessional and rude. Bad customer service. I been with td bank for 6 years and never had a worse experience like I had at this bank, I wanted to withdrawal money and they refused for no apparent reason. Never coming here again.

I know it's close to closing time. Called to ask a quick question. Got "disconnected" twice after they let the phone ring. Called the next branch in deptford. They picked up right away. Answered my question and I didnt get disconnected. Thank you Christina for being so rude.
