TD Bank N Harper St, Laurens

All the tellers are so nice always go the extra mile for their customers!!

Have been banking with TD for almost 10 years. Customer service is sadly lacking whenever I’ve called in the past. Customer service Reps usually have a very rude demeanor when I have issues with my account. The online banking app is a total & complete joke & inaccurate information I’ve finally had enough of the ridiculous fees with no real explanation, poor service & have decided to close both my savings & checking accounts to shop for a new bank

I m thinking about taking out a loan or maybe exchanging banks ,since my bank left me like a sitting duck,in my time despair a wise man said your kindness killed your credit not one payment u missed, you gave and never asked for anything back.just to have them steal.just a loan for enough to pay for a simple loan.and I will pay it ,pay it forward.donate to the poor, and forget ,forget,forget.

Need to change catch phrase to most inconvent bank!!

They charge me overdrafts fees during the middle of a pandemic when money's hard to get, when it didnt even overdraft, and they wouldnt help fix or so anything with it. Also the woman on the phone was very rude. I was tryimg to explain my issues and she just kept jumping ahead and saying theres nothing they can do. Ive been with them a little over a year now too Deflinately can find better banks elsewhere

Won't be coming back to Laurens TD Bank I had to drive to Clinton just to get my check cashed because they don't know how to do their job correctly props to Clinton for doing your job correctly thank you!

The branch manager is beyond rude. I recommend going to Simpsonville.
