Megayn was extremely unprofessional. I came in for a notary and was unaware of the new QR code we had to scan to get placed in line. While standing in line we were walked by twice and never addressed. When her customer was done and left her desk, we thought we were next, but ignored.. as she called for the next person in line. Maybe some direction would have been nice Megayn. Learn to address your customers.

By far my best banking experiences in the area. (Who says that, right?) I went to the TD in Manahawkin and it took over 35 minutes but the same transaction here in three separate visits took ten minutes, ten minutes, and twelve minutes. 3 visits in less time than one visit at the other branch PLUS the tellers are extremely pleasant!

Taking forever and not convenient at all

The tellers there are polite and quick. The managers and assistants always made banking there easy and pleasurable. Sarah is great she not only helped remove a fraudulent charge on a savings back account years ago but she helped me increase my credit amount leading to a better credit score by helping me get me a new account that offers doubled the reward points, it was 2 1/2 times more then I was initially offered and I also received a $75 credit for using it with in the first 90 days on a purchase I would have bought anyway. She rocks! Thank You!

Went here to go open a bank account. Waited an hour... nothing happened and a chunk of time completely wasted. Ps if you are wondering, no one came to tells us anything in that time. Even a half sincere "sorry for the wait" would have been nice.

Been using this bank for 40 years even before it was TD bank. Never had a problem with them.
