TD Bank Madison Ave, Bridgeport

It's fine for me thus far but probably because I don't go inside. I try to eliminate having to deal with people if I can. I basically Just use atms. They have 3. There is one in the lobby and two in the back at the drive thru. Sometimes there's a line, sometimes not. I've not encountered them out of service much, so that's a plus. They are well lit, so I've always felt fairly safe. But still be aware. I have to start doing in to get quarters, was told I could get $100 at once if i needed, so im thankful for that as well. When i was going in got quarters though, i was asked if i had my card, which i didn't understand why, i had cash in my hands. I told her no, and got quarters, sho wasn't sure why that was asked.

This is by far THE WORST TD branch I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I’ve been here multiple times and only ONCE have I not had a problem with the bank associates. TD bank as an establishment is horrible. Im always getting mixed pieces of information. I don’t usually review places but the visit I just had at this TD branch forced me to change banks completely. I am SO done with this branch abs this bank.

They extremely nice and friendly. They are always welcoming you when you come in and wishing you a good day when you leave. They tend to all my needs and answer all my questions. I have never had a problem with them. My only problem is the inconvenience of the Saturday hours. This is the first bank I've ever been to that closed at 2 on a Saturday. Otherwise I am satisfied.

Terrible customer service, tellers have the worst attitude, they make you feel unwelcome and they don’t appreciate having you as a customer! it’s like they are doing you a favor! I will be closing my 3 accounts

This is the worst! Go to the one on Main St and Old town rd, please! They are so slow and all the ladies do is talk.

Rude, and unprofessional. My husband deposited a check there the employee proceeded to deposit the check, the next day it was a different amount and the employee not once said anything about the amount being change. Be careful when you deposit money here pay attention and always hang on to the receipt. Honestly TD bank disappoints me every time.

5 stars be cause of the hours and specially because of an outstanding employee who works there. Her name is Soraya(I think). Extremely friendly, ALWAYS smiling, courteous and very professional. She should get an award for the great customer service and professionalism she offers the public daily.

Conveniently located. Police on premises. Relatively quick service. I like td bank. Fees arent too bad. They are proactive about hacks and data protection. Utilize voice authentication for customer service security.

All the tellers are helpful and knowledgeable TD Bank is a great place to do business naturally there is a bit of a wait in the lobby Friday afternoon but for such friendly service is worth the wait
