TD Bank Main St, Harleysville

I have been using TD bank for a while. My card was frozen and warmed, yet again, over a simple purchase I made on my phone. I called three times to the Harleysville branch. First, I was hung up on by en employee who didn’t want to do her job. Second, another employee told me that there was no way to unlock my card and I would need a new one. The third time calling I received another employee who finally gave me the correct fraud service number to call and a case number. All this incompetence over a warmed card that shouldn’t even have been warmed in the first place! The employees of TD Harleysville are there to do the bare minimum of work.

Horrible bank. For every reason. Ridiculous fees. They will hold checks, let your purchases overdraft, and then deposit your checks so they quickly take their overdraft fees before you realize it. We have had both personal and business accounts with them and closed them all to move to credit unions. Weve been saving a lot of money since the change over. Highly recommend staying away from this bank.

Went in today to cash a check today from a friend. The teller wearing a bow tie and plaid shirt refused to cash the check bc I did not have an account there even though I had the required two forms of id. He was rude, arrogant and pompous. I was considering opening an account there. That ship has sailed.

Love TD Bank and this branch especially. They have been very good to us and helped us a lot during a very difficult period.

I had an issue with my TD Bank credit card that could not be solved with TD Card Services. Store Manager Steve Sikora addressed my issues and solved them with professionalism and caring. He is what customer service should be. Well done. Thank you, Steve.

Three of my children have accounts here. One day my son went to pay his phone bill and his debit card would not go through and the next day he tried to make a purchase at wawa with his debit card and again declined. So I told him to call the bank to see what was going on because he knew he had money in his account. The bank said there was a fraud alert on his account so they froze his account and they gave him an 888 number to call. When he calls they tell him they closed the account with them and since he has a positive amount he will need to go to the bank and pick up a check. My son and I both go to the bank to try to figure out what is going on and at the very least get his balance back. The guy we spoke to looked up my son's account and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. So he makes a call to try to get answers for us. They tell him that yes they are ending their banking relationship with my son and that his account is under a fraud investigation and they will send him a check of his remaining balance in the mail. And they can't give us any answers of why this is happening. I can tell you I will never use TD Bank again and my other children will be ending their banking relationship with them.

TD in Harleysville allows you to enjoy. The customer people friendly experience. That we expect a small town like Harleysville to have. It has the hospitable feel and look of a hotel.Past the second door inside you immediately feel like you never been to there Bank🏦. I think 5 stars goes to them for overall in the building and out. TD Branch in Harleysville should feel proud to be leading by example, even with Bank structures changing. This Branch has real people inside!!!!

I've been using this bank for more then 8 years and I've never had any bad experiences. The staff is always kind, smiling and takes care of any needs I've had.
