TD Bank 5th Ave S, Naples

This bank provides the worst banking experience of my life. I opened an account in Naples because TD in Canada is awesome. Incompetence at every turn. I am shopping for a new bank.

We are TD bank customers from Canada vacationing in Naples. Visited the branch looking for help with online money transfers. The customer service officer Amanda Matamoros gave us exceptional service. She went out of her way to solve our issues. Two days after we were back in the branch with yet another problem with online banking. Were so happy Amanda was there. She greeted us and once again, did everything to accommodate us, showing much patience and positive attitude. Now our online banking problems have been resolved, thanks to Amanda.

I live in Vermont and have been here for the season since February. I have been using TD Bank in Naples since I arrived and I have been very impressed. Everyone is so helpful and very professional. It has been a pleasure getting to know Amanda ( A fan favorite) and everyone we have met while banking at T D Bank in Naples. We look forward to seeing you all when we return. The place always has a line to the door, the 1 teller takes his sweet time. I typically spend about an hour here every month to make my mortgage payment. Very aggravating, don't go to the north Naples location because they don't even have a teller or ability to take a deposit. That took 45 minutes to figure out, I left very frustrated. It's been here a year now people are using the bank it's time to hire more employees. Customers are more dissatisfied than happy every time I visit.

If I could give 0 star I will, they don't care about customers. I did check in for more then an hour and an employee came to me she asked me if I tcheked in, I said yes , she said they don't see me in the system. I did tcheked in again and anybody else did not need to be checked in and they keep calling people in the line. They neve called me. I been waiting for more than 2 hours.. I hate this bank . I just gonna close my account with you.

DO NOT USE THIS BANK!!!! Nightmare! They do not care about customers or the relationship. While our rep, Gianni, was very friendly when helping to set up the loan/account he has provided no assistance as we are trying to close out these accounts at TD Bank. We originally opened a business line of credit which was never used. In order to do so, you must open a bank account with them as well. The business line of credit was transferred to the bank account and not a penny was ever taken out of the account...but in order to close out the account we have had to pay $8000 in fees/interest. Additionally, it took us three trips to the branch in order to get a pay off... we were unable to remove the money from our bank account in order to close it but were... after thirty minutes, multiple phone calls and several forms later told we could use our own money from an outside bank account to pay off the original business loan but they were unable to get the money sitting in our TDBank account out!!! So essentially they’ve collected an additional $ from us to close out the business line of credit and still have our $ sitting in a bank account that they were unable to figure out how to return to us and close the account. Nightmare! Do Not Ever use this bank.

Highly recommend! Amanda, Darrel, Brittany, Dukens, Ryan and others always go above and beyond to help. I have been banking with them with my company for years now. I recently switched my personal account over with them over 6 months ago and I am very happy with that decision. I am always met with a smile and good conversation.

I had a great experience at this bank. Raimondo, the teller, was knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He was excellent, and so were the managers. Great job!

I recently posted a negative view about this particular branch. It had to do with my inability to contact them by phone. However, I did get through to them this week after several attempts. We are Canadians and the banking setup is a bit complicated. We were two couples setting up cross border accounts. When we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was second to none. The young man that served us was quick, efficient and thoroughly knowledgeable. It was a great experience for both couples and we would recommend this bank to anyone especially Canadians trying to set up cross border banking

TD is where I worked and retired from.The big problem with the both stores here in Naples is that no one ever answers the phones. Voice mail at one location! But no response. For the” most convenient bank, “ you are not living up to that statement. When visiting the branches, the staff is great.
