TD Bank W Front St, Red Bank

Horrible customer service!!!! Account closed by branch but bill pay not stopped. Online banking refusing to stop sending checks on closed account. Branch will not help at all to solve problem they caused.

I got a notice for a fraud issue. I tried the number in the back of my card and it kept hanging up on me. I then contacted my local location, being this one. The young lady who answered the call was beyond rude to me. She kept interrupting me and provided 0 customer service. She acted as if I was bothering her as I was trying to figure out why I had a fraud notice. They told me to come to the drive thru before 4 or try the number on the back of the card that keeps disconnecting and then she hung up on me. This is not the first time I have experienced terrible service from this location.

Had an issue with a company paying me late on my BUSINESS ACCOUNT for a business in my 2nd year of business. I incurred hundreds of dollars in fees in the 5 days I was jumping hoops to try to get paid way past the date I should have received my check. I stopped in with over $5k in checks to deposit and to speak with the manager, Anthony, to see if he could do anything to help me with the fees before I deposit any more money into a bank that's not supportive of helping my business succeed. I was showed by another banker in the branch that I have been charged over $1200 in just bank fees on a new business account already this year when last year was only $105 for the whole year, who referred me to speak with ANTHONY for help. He said he could not help me at all and had no interest in speaking with me then walked out and walked into downtown Red Bank right behind me to obviously handle his own personal business rather than help a customer succeed in a new business bringing money to his branch. It was my first time asking for a break on an issue I was forced to give a break to a late check payment and he was unwilling to even have any interest in helping me or working with me

This branch has the absolute worst service. I was dealing with fraud issues and inaccurate deposits of money into my account. The women I spoke to was rude and insulting. No one that works in customer service or deals with people should have that type of attitude. The employees that work here should be monitored and reviewed because they aren’t treating customers right.

I have been banking for many years with this bank.I have been to many branches and have always been happy with the service.I currently do all my banking with this branch and they.are friendly and professional. I will continue to do all my banking with TD bank.Being open on Sunday is a major factor that I appreciate.

Trying to call this bank , when they answer they put you on hold until you snap! I had an issue with them correcting my address after a visit to the bank the woman told me it takes 48 hrs to go in the system. 12 days later a lettercame with the wrong address it was never changed They have terrible phone manners. They need to be trained to be true customer service. If anyone knows corporate phone number feel free to let me know.

ATM consistently cannot take cash deposits. Therefore, if you're there at 8 AM to deposit cash and the ATM isn't cooperating, your @#$% out of luck. Also, if you need to sit down with someone, be prepared to wait if you're not there during M-F, 9-5 "normal" business hours. It's great that you can get stuff done on the weekends with the folks that are there, but they're really understaffed on Saturdays when people are actually free to come in. Other than that, it's no worse or better than any other bank.

Today I called spoke to Lupa. Who obviously hasn’t been trained properly. I asked her a few questions about my account. She could not answer me correctly she was over talking me and very rude. Out of all the years I’ve been doing business with that bank I’ve never ever ran into a person that was so rude and uneducated. I asked for a supervisor. Who is very nice pleasant and answered my questions

I banked with TD for 3 years. Every employee is so friendly and thorough, they have gone out of their way to be sure I was served well. I moved to Florida a few months ago and will have to change banks because there is no TD close to me. I am sooooo sad

Worst customer service! They have kids working there with really bad attitudes!
