TD Bank Winding Way, Newtown Square

I went into this branch on 2 occasions with with atypical issues. Each time I had a different manager help me and each time they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend this branch but I do not recommend TD bank based on their corporate policy and lack of support.

Worse banking experience ever! A rep set us up for a business acct. to manager our new commercial property purchase. Didn t order checks that we requested-waited 2 months and called and found this out.Our online banking that we requested was not set up properly so I couldn t access. I went to this branch 3 times and each time the rep said they would take care of it. Manager called to apologize and said he would place a rush order on the checks and would not charge me and just realized that he put a charge through for $255 for the checks-this was directly taken out from our acct. without authorization! The rep. also told us there was no fee for the simple business checking and savings acct. and saw a charge for $23 on my statement! I have been a manager for many yrs. and no wonder this branch is a mess. If the manager can t even follow through on his promises, no wonder the staff there lacks knowledge on their products and has no sense of responsibility! I am moving my accts. to PNC next door. I bank w/ them for my personal acct. and have never had a problem with them and their customer service is much better. We originally went there to set up our acct. for the new bldg but the person who set up new accts was out and ended up at this bank and I have regretted this decision! STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WANT TO DEAL W/ PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB!

Dont ever trust the teller! Went to deposit, took the money in the back and saying you are short $80. I recounted it and it was $60 extra from what she counted. She never give you apologize or anything.

Worst bank ever! Will be switching all of my accounts to a more caring and convenient bank

Outstanding service that went above and beyond any reasonable expectation. We needed to get something notarized and the Newtown Square manager, Helen, went out of her way to not only notarize our document but she was extremely friendly and very accommodating. A long term TD Bank customer, we recently moved to Newtown Square. Helen welcomed us to the area and really provided us exemplary service that should be commended!

Went there December 2017 to ask questions.Was shopping for a new bank.Walked in, no customers,& was stared at by Tellers-NO GREETING, NOT A SINGLE WORD. I walked over to a desk-woman asked what I needed.Proceeded to tell her I was looking for a new bank.She leaned over her desk,grabbed pamphlet & was chatting with a Teller.Then went into her desk,still holding pamphlet,& took out her sandwich!Handed me the pamphlet,unwrapped her lunch & took a huge bite!With her mouth full she said “Is that all you needed?” I again repeated myself!Her response was “when you’re ready come back & make sure you see me OR you can talk now while I eat?” I’ve never seen anything like that in my life! I said nothing & walked towards the door!She yelled out “Guess not!OK then- Bye Bye”. I’d rather keep my money in a coffee can before I ever would step into that branch! I’m disabled,that’s the closest location. No worries,PNC was happy to take my money!

We have had excellent experiences with this TD Bank branch. They are always very helpful for our needs, whatever they may be.
