opened an account to pay rent,security deposit for husbands brother. Very helpful banker failed to mention that the funds would be held for SEVEN days. Embarrassing us as we were to transfer security deposit and in a few days rent for Brothers apartment. Now security is late as will rent, Could likely lose apartment. Called Customer service they said they would put a request in for rush deposit-available in two hours that was days ago. Ignore calls at branch, never return call. I would never have put the funds in TD if i would have known - SEVEN DAY HOLD! the other bank the money was coming from is less than a mile away! What a joke. Very Embarrassing Judy & Vince Marcucci

Td bank is taken advantage of a small business going out of business by charging extra fees please people beware of what bank you use they will not work with you when needed

Td bank can told me went is a pending charged but can't told went you use card for that pending charge is crazy I went personal to speak to a representative of the bank and they can't told me went I use my card but they can told u it is pending charge I don't know how they system work but they should know the day u went to store and use u card but they say no they do not know but they can say is a charge from the store is crazy help other costumer ask about it they pending and see what's they say and please help if I'm right they should be able to told they day you use u card I'm very disappointed with the bank
