TD Bank State Rd, Kittery

I've had nothing but good experiences with this branch, and people who complain about not knowing the hours of operation should be mindful that Google also lists the phone number. One phone call can save a whole lot of hassle. Everyone who works here has been friendly, responsive, and has made banking a breeze. I just opened a savings account with them and the process could not have been any more easy.

I was told at the york branch yesterday that this kittery branch is open on sundays.even on google it said they are open today from 11 to 2. When I pulled in... 2 other cars were circling the property. I hold the Manager responsible for this goof up. They need to change their hours on google.

If you like fees this is your bank. Convenient hours and the people here are great.

Ridiculous fees, rude staff, average service

Never has there been a nicer bank with nicer people in this area. I’ve traveled all over the country and this is the best bank, no question. Thank you.

I had to transfer funds for a house closing. The clerk made an error on one of the account numbers, I chased the transfers for two days, the money ended up back in my bank account where it started and I was charged $90 in fees. The clerk told me it was my fault because I didn't check the transfers carefully enough. I didn't but her job is to not make mistakes with the money we trust her with and accuracy is paramount. Besides blaming the customer is bad customer service. I would have continued banking with them if they refunded my fees and apologized. Edited to say that they did return my fees and apologized after I called them a second time.
