Went over the weekend a half hour before closing to open a new checking account. Got help from Beth and she was personable and thorough which is important for anybody opening an account!

I came in because I lost my wallet and froze my accounts and cards immediately and had to get new everything. Immediately Nathan Amsden greeted me and within 30 minutes, got me a new debit card, credit card, created a new checking and savings account and sent me on my way. Within an hour, received a call from him letting me know everything had transferred to the new accounts and what my next step is. Great hospitality, and excellent service. Very happy with my experience.

Horrible customer service. Unprofessional, and poor communication. I received over 300 in fees. After my account had fraud and I wasn’t made aware of it. I didn’t receive one phone call or email. Every time you swipe your card you get a 35 over draft fee.

Excellent customer service. Convenient, always with the customer in mind, friendly, helpful. The wait is always reasonable, with plenty of staff. Took all of my account out of Bank of America, and am thrilled I moved them here.

Once again, power struggle with a teller trying to get my own money from the bank. Td is pathetic

Their level of service depends on the mood theyre in. One day I go in there and they are helpful and then another day I get an attitude. There is a pompous like arrogance to some of their team members especially the young male teller. If I’m not being rude why are you being rude to me ? Kindness goes a long way.
