TD Bank S Shore Blvd, West Palm Beach

I visited the wellington location on 5/7 and was helped by an employee named Dolores. She gave exceptional service. I was having an issue with my account for a month. She went above and beyond to help me. I am truly thankful to TD Bank for an employee like her. Pleasant personality, eager to help and awesome person and company.

Louis, Dolores, Yvonne and Gigi all went out of their way to fix a problem that HQ could not handle. They genuinely do their best to help and they are always friendly.

Apparently the bank suspected fraud on my card so they suspended it. They told me I have to open a brand new card with them. They made me wait for 45 minutes only to tell me the printer was broken to come back and call First they'd have it waiting for me the manager said. I called the woman at the front told me the machine was up and running to come on in and get it. I drove all the way back to the bank and they said it was still down. The manager never apologized for my inconvenience. In fact no one at the branch apologize even when I said I would like to close my account they told me I couldn't do so not today I'd have to wait till next week what kind of BS are they pulling on people over there! The manager needs to be fired he's as bad as rude as they come!

Most of the time they are great!!! There is a new teller, older blonde woman, who is not the nicest person. Not like them. Usually they have great customer service.

Lazy drive thru teller. It makes a difference having good customer service. I'd rather go to another one that has Superior customer service like the royal palm beach one.

Always personal and professional here, and great hours. Only one issue... they're far and few...

Went here today to cash a check. The check was made out to "cash" and I endorsed it. I am a stay at home mom. I do not work nor do I need to own a bank account. I offered fpl bill statements, water bill statements with my name and address. These two women refused to cash my check AND wanted to charge me $7 off my due amount for a processing fee. I had no other forms of ID other than my driver's license(which is accepted with other banks I've gone to) . They wanted me to go back home and dig out my birth certificate for another form of ID. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary to give me that hard of a time. I will remember for the future to not bank with them.

Do not use TD bank. They will charge you an overdraft fee even if your OD for 5 minutes! I also have a PNC and BOA account And you have until 10 PM to transfer the money and if you see that you are short. I need the online payment they transferred the money right afterwards. And they still charge me $35 for being overdrawn less than five minutes. I have plenty of money into two other bank accounts. Add to other banks are use PNC as a back up or other type of payments, I will be close to my TD account. And loss what they could have potentially A pretty good customer with a pretty good size accounts for $35. Bad business

Short staffed. You have to wait forever to get service. Employees don’t care much about offering good customer service. Not likely to continue supporting TD Bank.
