TD Bank N Olden Ave, Ewing Township

The wait times at TD banks are absolutely ridiculous. This bank will have 1 teller at the counter and 1 manager at a desk. I have been here at two different times in order to close out 3 different accounts and have not been able to due to the extreme waiting times. CHANGE BANKS AS SOON AS YOU CAN !!

I think 9/10 people would agree, this banks efficiency is SEVERELY lacking. Not only are wait times egregiously high, the bank manager sits around at times and just watches instead of stepping in and assisting her staff. I see management as a reflection of the branch, I don’t see anything good. Employee turn over is also very high. I implore the district manager to look into this. This isn’t a pandemic related decline in service. The service and efficiency has been poor like this for the past 5-7 years!

I live in Ewing and I go out my way to any Hamilton location just to avoid this one because I know I’m going to wait for like an hour if not more just to deposit money. They have to do better, I’ve never had a problem with customer service but the bank management has problem with how things are done here.

TD is far from most convenient bank. Too few branches open, not enough staff leads to ridiculous waits of 45mins to an hour on average in drive through lanes with lines wrapping around the block. People getting frustrated and honking horns. This needs to be fixed!

This one is terrible. TD says its the most convenient bank well this one is not. This bank is always busy because employers don't want to work. This bank is supposed to close at 2pm Saturday they are closing up at 1pm. Open your doors some people just want to deposit a check with the teller because your atm never reads and accept checks.

After standing in the pouring rain for 10 mins to get in because you have to check in virtually, a TD Bank employee came out to let someone else in and in q ignorant attitude asked what I was here for. When I told her what I was there for she says in her rude attitude that I can go to the drive thru because they have no tellers. This was the 3rd TD I went to just to pull my money out but everyone had issues. Get your stuff together TD Bank

My mom who is 77 years old, was waiting to be served at the Drive Up Banking window. While in line she was approached by a belligerent man who approached her car and knocked on her window. The man was verbally aggressive towards her. She notified the Supervisor in the bank via her cell phone, who told my mom that they would send someone out to help her. Nobody ever responded to help her. When she finally got to the window visibly shakened and frightened by the incident, as she was telling the teller about the incident and asking why nobody had come out to help her the Supervisor interrupted their conversation and told my mother that she needed to park her car and come inside. When my mom got inside the bank the Supervisor completely ignored my mom and carried on a long conversation with another coworker. Long story short they lied about sending someone out to help this 77 year old woman who is supposed to be a valued customer. The police were finally called. And all I can say is that if you value your safety and that of your women and elderly family members, there are other banks that will help you and that have Security. Terrible the way my mother was treated and at least 2 Supervisors were onsite and are aware of what happened and did nothing to help her.

The most horrible banking experience in my entire life. No customer service, no regards for customer, staff is rude, they take longer than usual for everything because they are not component to do their job and they are extremely disrespectful to the customers time. TD Bank should reconsider changing their staff here. I have always had excellent experience with other TD locations but the staff here is out of hand and thinks they can do whatever they like by being rude and disrespectful.

The TD branch closest to me closed this spring. I've since begun to use this one and have always found there to be unacceptably long waits. I went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday and spent over 40 minutes in the drive-thru lanes because both walk-in ATMS were closed and the bank's doors were locked. It is unfortunate as this is the only remaining TD bank within 30 minutes of my home. TD corporate ought to have done a better survey of the volume of business done at this location before closing nearby branches as it is clear this branch if overwhelmed by the number of customers.

-good service -if the wait is long, sign in by scanning the sign on the right side and they will text/call you when you're about to be up -you can hit up home depot in the meantime

Every Friday I come to deposit my checks, and there's ALWAYS only on teller serving two lanes, with 6-7 cars waiting in each lane!!! Too time consuming!!! I believe 2 tellers would speed things up!!!!
