I had an issue with my account when a check for my coins went thru without my name attached. The man that helped me even called me at home to let me know my account had been restored and wanted to make sure i had full access so he could help me out if there was sti an issue on my end. Who does that nowadays!! Very impressed to say the least.

I went to cash a check that was written on TD Bank and they wanted to charge me $7.00 to cash the check. BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT WITH THEM. I went to my bank The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod and they cashed the check. ALSO I found out that they would have cashed any check from their bank and NOT CHARGE A FEE. I would never do business with TD Bank. My check was for $315.00 HOWEVER I found out they would charge the $7.00 fee even if the check was for $20.00

worst bank ive ever had. even worse than bank of America. go to cape cod 5 across the street if you dont want to waist your time and want genuine customer service.

The workers are so helpful and wonderfull..I had someone try and hack into my account and they stopped them by freezing my account and notified me..

Teller service is great. However, if you have a hyphenated name, any request for account changes will be fruitless and waste of time.

The bank is right where the marker says it is. If you want to go, don't go 10-15 minutes before close because you can't do much.
