TD Bank Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange

Worst bank experience ever. 1 teller, waited 20 minutes to do a simple transfer. Will avoid this branch. Went back a few days later to use ATM machine, ATM down.

This branch never answers their phone even whem its empty inside. They routinely open late. There are a few good folks here but Ive found myself disappointed in this branch many times. I only return because its the closes one. My experiences here make me want to leave td in general but its such a process switching banks that i havent....shame...

TD Bank is the worst! Wait times for Fraud are over two hours and local branches don't answer. Have called the TD ASAP on the App three times this morning and each time they conveniently disconnect. When this is over moving my money out of all accounts!

Staff friendly and courteous. Why 3 stars? I wanted to transfer money over from an IRA and the financial advisor was flustered and made me nervous because she didn't want to "be responsible" for giving me advise on what to do with my money. I didn't ask for advise, but she was so negative about it I just went to another branch. Also, sometimes wait for a manager can be long. And simple things like getting change for a few dollars can be unnecessarily long when you have to wait behind a long line. Whatever.

I went into the bank today to have some paper work notarized due to the death of my mom. Leisa took care of me. Not only was she efficient and friendly she was also kind and compassionate. She took the time to ask how I was doing after the loss of my mom. She also gave me her card and told me to contact her if I ever need anything else. So unusual to find someone like her today.

Came here again to give this branch another try. Wanted to cash a check at the drive thru. Three lanes are open I am the next car in line. Have now waited 35 minutes with no movement. Consistently poor customer service. Off to change banks. Would avoid this branch. West Caldwell a much better operation.

A good bank is very valuable and this TD Bank has fantastic service and staff that will make you want to come back more often. Most of the time a TD Bank employee will greet you once you enter the building, they always have enough pens and bank sheets and ALWAYS greet their customers with a smile. It's because of this TD Bank that I've not switched to another bank. I highly recommend giving this bank a try, they will never give you an attitude and will always make sure you are taken care of. -very short wait times -friendly service -quick service -dog-friendly

Worth the drive if you live close to the Scotland branch. We do business checking here and the staff at this branch is awesomely pleasant! Only taking off a star for my frustrating experiences with TD Bank as a whole, experiences that I can not hold against this branch.

I came to this particular branch to cash a check given to me by a customer. I was told To step to the side so that I dont see any of the customers info on the computer screen. I stepped to the far right,( The check is only for 35.00) I then get questioned why does the customer live in Pa. I answered i dont know where she lives. She just left me a check under the mat. I have cashed larger checks in different TD branches that were crowded....and were much faster than this. I'll drive a bit further next time.

They don't answer their phone and direct customers to call an 888 number or leave a message at the tone, a tone that doesn't exist. They don't follow proper procedure for curbside ATM pickup. I've had problems with this branch before.
