TD Bank Old Hook Rd, Westwood

Terrible experience with this bank . Over a month ago I opened a custodial account for my disabled brother as I am his rep pay and need to have checks for paying his bills. We did not use e-checks nor autopays. Every week I kept wondering why I had not received checks yet. I have contacted the branch 4 times to find out why . Each time I am told they are ordered with a 7 business day delivery. I left messages for their manager Tara a couple times whom never called me back. Yesterday I emailed the district manager and he never contacted me either. Today I got Brenda the assistant manager on the phone told her the whole story and asked if there is any way they could at least overnight checks to me since I have no temporary checks left and I have my brothers bills that are due. At first she did not come up with a solution until I asked again how come they just can't overnight checks to me so I can be guaranteed I will receive them (Bank of America does this for their customers). She did call me back to let me know she put in another order to be delivered in 2 days. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. All I can say is .... and... TD Bank markets itself as "America's most convenient bank"? It is certainly one of the most inconvenient experiences I have had with a bank not having one person over a period of several tries able to be solution driven for a customer.

Personally, I've had only great experiences with the TD Westwood branch. Tara, Brenda, Johnna, Dan have always been attentive and super helpful even during pressing times for my business. I've used them for the past 4 years and without any hiccups. I highly recommend TD Westwood for business and personal checking.

Our family switched from Bank of America after being with them for 20 years. We are so glad we did. All of the staff in TD have being very accommodating, helpful & remember our custom. Besides that there are less fees & more benefits. Thank you TD staff

I live in Harrington Park nj. I recently closed on a home equity loan through TD Bank in Westwood w. Johnna Senesse. My wife and I are so glad that we got to know her because she was so helpful and made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. We are so thankful to her and the TD Bank Westwood branch for helping us.

I’ve been cashing checks at this bank weekly for years all of a sudden they decide to attempt to collect $10 to cash a check I contacted the customer in which wrote the check and they will be pulling their funds from this account immediately. No other bank in the area does this another reason why I don’t bank with them anymore

I had an issue with my PPP loan and bank account that no one could help me address for over a week. Other bank branches, online support, email and phone calls to respective departments with no answers or replies. It was actually truly frustrating. I was suprised how useless the other TD bank branches, Small business and PPP loan departments by phone were. I was lucky that Johnna Senese actually truly understood my problem and bumped it up to Tara Tomasini and my issue was resolved within 2 hours. Truly grateful for their assistance and impressed with their professionalism.

Avoid this bank all all costs. Holding my cash deposit for days because of an ATM problem is unacceptable and so is the teller having an attitude telling me its my problem instead of trying to help come up with a solution. Assistant manager is useless

I like my bank TD!! The tellers are always friendly and helpful!!!
