TD Bank Palisade Ave, Fort Lee

Reinaldo is the best representative ever. We came about 20 minutes before closing and had very very urgent papers to get signed by the banker and he was really patience and through throughout the process. He even made a copy of our big stack of paper just in case and it was after working hours. Thank you so much for your service and will defiantly come back to him.

I used the cash machine in the lobby this morning at 9:30 am and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and it smelled awful. Additionally, it was only able to dispense $100 bills no $20s.

Do to the cov19. I didn’t want to wait on the long line to the teller. So I deposited a 75k dollar check in the atm. The next day. I called about my large deposit asking when it was going to clear. I was told. They are going to look into it and get back to me. No return call. Been trying to call the branch and no one picks up the phone.

I had a problem with my debit card, but everything was sorted out within 10 minutes. The staff is amazing, Joe Park is always available and ready to help and Kate is very helpful with kindness . TD is the best bank in US .

Would not be able to trust this bank with the impression I got from its business ethics and insane approach as to how family was trying to help a recent client and her husband. This is all while knowing the wife of the disabled senior cytisine that bank there for years. The second she became ill with brain cancer and was on able to keep track of her husband‘s card. Literally 2 strangers, a drug addict and an alcoholic have been exploiting him and will bring him there while he’s humming the national anthem and is unable to add a hold a conversation with severe dementia and will let the people that are walking him in there while he’s sucking on a lollipop make all the decisions for a new bank card. Then they will literally hand the alcoholic stranger that is accompanying the senior citizen with brain damage Hey banking card and allow them to even pick the pin . If this is how they were with our legal paperwork showing he is incompetent and unable to make decisions and we tried the legal and legitimate approach, I would not trust them as far as I can throw a rock

I will be very cautious when I deposit cash at the teller in this bank. I will never allow tellers to bring money to the machine that I can't witness and ask them to count it in front of me. There was a discrepancy in the amount when I deposited cash, so I filed a complaint to the management, but they didn't even have the courtesy to return the call.

The first atm deposit I had made, the atm ate my card and money. Took about a week for them to “look into it”. Second deposit was made through a teller and the teller told me he could make the funds available immediately. That was also a lie. Third deposit was a check that should’ve been cleared the following day. Instead, it was available 8 days after. “Hi this is Julie and I’ll call you 2-3 minutes later. Is that okay with you?” No call.

Might as well set up some bbq and lawn chairs for the drive through. TD is the worst out of big banks. Why are the lobbies not open when all other banks are? I've moved up about 5 cars in 30min. Still another 5 or 6 cars ahead of me

Worst bank in the neighborhood or all of NJ. Went in to get some cards and was refused unprofessionally. Tried to make a complaint to the Branch Manager, a Mr. Park but never received a response. Stay away from this branch as you will have headaches.

They are not friendly.. I've never been service like this brench. Worst brench.
