TD Bank E Merritt Island Cswy, Merritt Island

We've always received top-notch service from TD Bank, specifically the Merritt Island branch, and MORE specifically from Lori Strohlin at that location. We have both business and personal accounts with TD, and Lori is always responsive and helpful, no matter what we've needed. She goes above and beyond to take care of us and we're very grateful! Lori is one of the biggest reasons we've been so happy with TD Bank!

4-5 stars for literally everyone in the building BUT Linda Daniel's. I have dealt with her twice for two separate banking needs and she takes too much information that's not needed and she also is always constantly sassy and gives you false information. If I walk in and she is the only teller available I wait for the next person to be free. If the bank only has her available I just leave and come back the next day. I love this bank but if I didn't have to deal with Linda like ever again I wouldn't be mad.

TD Bank team on Merritt Island are knowledgeable, client centric and very helpful. My husband and I usually use the bank machine but when we have a need to visit the branch the staff are always friendly and courteous. We feel our business is appreciated. The only recommendation I could make is that the staff be trained in suggesting bank products and services that meet and match clients needs.

Not a fan of the bank in general. I went in over a month ago to close the account. I went to look at my credit card info today and noticed that my closed checking account that I closed in person was never actually closed and received a maintenance fee that I would have never known about. Not to mention trying to reset your password for this Bank is ridiculous.

Customer service has depreciated over the past 5 years, I don't tolerate banks that can't get their act together.

The customer service at this location is the best!!! Dwayne is so helpful, polite and courteous, and the same goes for Laura and Melody. Even the gals in drive through offer awesome customer service! Great team you all are!!!

Today’s experience could not have been worse if they tried. Can’t possibly list all the issues, you wouldn’t believe me. Still waiting for the branch manager to return a phone call, it’s been over 5 hours. She was to return my call when she finished with the call she was on. Called back to an automated message. Customers are locked out of the lobby, so if you need of help from America’s most convenient bank, good luck....you are on your own.

Update 1/20/21, not only is Melody great, but I had to go in last week and Lori is great too! Everyone there in person and in the phone always super helpful. Customer service is unparalleled! Melody is the best!
