TD Bank Morrisville Plz, Morrisville

If there was an award for terrible customer service - This TD Bank would have it! I come to this location to drop deposits off for my employer, there is only one lady who is kind and courteous. Today, i spoke to “chelsea” three times, and her attitude was horrendous!! The customer service is SO BAD that no one from my department wants to come in the lobby! No matter what we do; these ladies are never happy! I will hopefully be reaching out to a manager on Monday.

Not even worth the 1 star...Poor customer service and rude. they are beyond Rude the teller Chelsea was who I had. Will never go back. I do not recommend this bank for anyone for any banking needs. Head over to North country.

I had used the mobile deposit to deposit a check. It was cleared and then after it had already cleared it was put on hold in my account so I’m unable to use any of MY money to pay my bills. It’s very frustrating. And I called to see what the problem was and it seemed like no one could tell my why it was put on hold. One person told me it would be on hold for another three days and another told me it would clear tomorrow. The manager wouldn’t unlock the hold on it due to the amount ($2000) roughly. I am very frustrated as I’m a single mom and need to be able to pay my bills and put gas in my car. As soon as it clears I’ll be changing banks.

HORRIBLE I WILL BE SWITCHING BANKS. People are friendly but the bank in general world wide are thieves. The bank don't even deserve this one star!!!

This is the worst place to get a card with. Tried to pay it off and took 2 weeks and dozens of calls and still they can't find it!! They should know where the account is!

My favorite bank to go to. I've needed new cards and they've been able to help me. Recently had an issue with accessing my online account and they fixed it right away! Wish I caught the name of the person who helped me because she was very sweet

The people in the branch have always been very nice and helpful, they are not my problem. The larger bank, the corporation itself, is responsible for having put my phone deposit of my paycheck on hold for a period of more than a week for some unknown reason. Nothing I can do about it. Meanwhile, my mortgage is due and they have locked up my money. Very frustrating and unnecessary. I will remove my money and terminate my account as soon as they free my paycheck next week. Service fees are excessive as well. Goodbye TD Corp.

So The other day I phoned in because thats how I have done my banking with TD Bank for a long time now. I spoke to Sheila Johnson, and it was terrible. She was very uneducated, very short, and was to busy for me. I have always worked with Lila and she's a wonderful lady the best in the office. If I had my say I would say get rid of Sheila Johnson I have been with TD for 6 years now and it may change because of this woman.

This bank is a secondary bank for myself, however I am treated with the utmost care when I come here! The overall experience of being acknowledged and waited on is impressive. :) *****
