TD Bank County Rd, Englishtown

I visited this branch Saturday. Outside posting says bank hours on Saturday is 9 am to 3pm. But it actually closed at 1pm. AND the ATM is broke! Come on TD, atleast update the working hours. How can we trust you when your business hours posted lie?

New way of doing banking is poorly managed. No one answers the phone so you can make an appointment to go inside the bank. Drive up lines are unbearably long. They wouldn't cash my check today without a deposit and withdrawal slip. News to me! I have been banking with TD for over 20 years. Stop being cheap and buy some plexiglass for the tellers and allow your customers back inside like EVERY OTHER BUSINESS! The drive up tellers are not being kept safe if all the customers are handling the tube carrier, pens and required proof of id/license. Is anyone disinfecting anything???? Time to shop around for another bank!

Not a horrible bank but a few issues: 1. Ask for a few withdrawal slips and they give you 1. They said they are not aloud to give you more then 1 at a time. I like to use the drive through for convenience. Its nice to have your paperwork done before you get to the drive through. Not wait on a line, ask for a slip, fill it out in your car while the line grows behind you. 2. I have a business account here. Again for time and convenience i like the drive through. If you wait on line and deposit over $1000 cash they make u get out of line to come inside so they can count it in front of you. Then you wait on another line inside and they take the money in the back room or the back counter and turn their back on you so you cant see a thing and count it. 3. Having a business I deposit cash on a weekly basis. They charge you what they call a teller fee. When asked what this fee is for? The answer is " it takes time for the teller to count cash". (We are not talking about 100's of thousands here). And aren't the tellers getting paid to take deposits? Im sure the teller does not receive extra money for deposits with $1200 cash in it. 4. Inside the bank always seems to have 3-4 tellers behind the counter and only one helping customers. No wonder there is a line. The Marlboro location seems to be lagging behind most locations.

Customer service is awesome, way better than city bank! I love this branch.

Bad service. Was trying to cash out a check from TD bank, yes, their own check. The cashier asked $10 fee for a $100 value check. After we agree to pay the fee, she asked two forms of IDs. My mom is just came here to visit so only has one passport. It was a really bad experience to drove here.

Horrible experience every single time. The atm is notorious for eating your debit card. The people there tell you that you’ve done something wrong. Went in to get information on how to close my account after they couldn’t correctly reissue a debit card to me 3 separate times, lost $2,500 in a transfer I made and had no explanation, and suspended my accounts because of the debit card debacle. When I tried to get a letter of the fraud ticket I put in they said that I needed a police subpoena... to get a letter on my own personal account. They told me that I can do a transfer of funds to just one account and I should be ok in order to close the account. I leave and go to do this and the transfer does not work. There is a 10k limit per month. Again the branch failed to explain this, was clueless and when I left didn’t say goodbye, have a good day, thank you for banking, etc. I have never experienced such stupidity and rude attitudes from any other banking institution. Do not use TD, especially not this location.

Unreliable service, waste of time, go to a different bank. I've had plenty of inconveniences and troubles with this branch.

Do not waste your time, ATM is never work, such an unprofessional- not educated ppl are working there. Stay away , no management nothing.
