TD Bank New Neely Ferry Rd, Mauldin

Excellent experience. Everything in the account-opening process was seamless with absolutely no problems. Brittney has a wonderful people-oriented personality and went out of her way to make sure everything was top-notch. I'm looking forward to doing business with this branch in the future.

Yesterday I went to the TD Bank of Mauldin to have my checks deposited as I was waiting in my car trying to gather all the checks I witnessed a lady pull up into the drive thru window she waited for maybe 3 minutes started to back up then ran over the curb and got out slammed her door and walked into the bank. I got out and walked in when I got into the bank the lady was being very rude and making comments about how she was waiting 15 minutes which was a lie. She was being extremely loud and had a smug face the whole time. After she finally walks out I get to the counter and see the how bad the banker felt I quickly reminded her people are just rude. 1 minute later the lady comes back in slamming doors and yellin how she popped her tire because of the bank and how they will pay for it. I was just so baffled because every experience I’ve ever had at this bank was amazing always smiling faces and they would always do the most to help anyone. They handled this lady beautifuly because if it was me I might if just knocked her out!

Went in to get a new ATM card...their card machine was down..teller was condescending and rude, didn't offer any options or solutions to help me solve problem. Avoid this branch!

The tellers here are so kind and professional.

I was there on 3/27/21 discussing an issue that I had with mobile banking and them putting a hold on my deposit. The teller didn't let me finish my question before she interrupted me. I think that is so rude and unprofessional. I have no problem with their policy on the hold, just inform me correctly before interrupting me. Listening is very important. How else can you solve a problem?

The staff are amazing and help with anything I need. Every time I walk in I am greeted and treated like family. When I bring my daughter they even will help play with her so I can take care of any bank business. They officer premier service and I bank with no one but TD

Charge me a $35 fee for transferring money between my own bank account between TD. They said I overdrafted but never did. Nothing but Crooks

Hunter was awesome. Really helped me out in a bind. Will be returning, for sure.
